Growing up heavily sheltered, I never understood my attraction to liminal spaces or dark corners. I kept to myself and would sneak off to explore the areas others were too scared to set foot. There was this unexplainable feeling within myself that would only come out when nobody in the world knew where I was, what I was doing, or whether I was alive or dead. No phone signal, no people driving past me or seeing me with/without knowing who I am, no words spoken. Only now as an adult do I realize what the feeling was: Complete freedom. After learning about Quantum Physics, I learned that being in that state is like a particle in a form of superimposition brought on by the absence of an observer. Wouldn't that mean the particles that construct the world around us enter this same state? Was I so used to spending time outside of what was observed that I became a denizen outside of the play and its actors? I fell in love with this feeling, and named it "The backstage of reality."
We all just some sophisticated robot software trying to percept itself and create its own reality. The beauty in life lies in Diversity & Individualism. Your life is a blessing in its entirety.
