Sometimes a minor plus for effort I would give to the workshop creator is the making the character (especially if it comes from another series) fit the RoA style, plus making their character selection image match the base cast pose (standing in a side, facing the other way, ready to fight) so far among those I know of are, Astra and cupcake.
