The guns are quite powerful as secondary weapons, particularly the ones with status effects. Freeze an enemy at range and then go in for the kill with a melee weapon. Only a few enemies are able to counter at range. Makes some bosses super easy.
My comrade, I hope you see this comment: First, another great video. Second: I am very thankful for your channel, because I discovered too many amazing RPGs for your cause, like Divinity OS, Pillars OE, Pathfinder, Wasteland.. And turn myself a CRPG lover. I would be very happy if I'd see a video about immersive RPGs with great stories, side quests and universes. Good night, and "saudações" from Brazil 🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷
Hello Mortym, I have a pair of questions. Do you plan to 100% the game? Did you pre-purchase the Bastille edition? That is the one I got. Thank you for buying the game, taking time to play it, and providing this review.
Came here from an "Essential 20 Tips for Steelrising" video which just explained to you how the game works. This one right here was way more useful, so thanks! ;)
anyone has played the TRPG dungeon of the nahelbeuk? doesnt seem to have a many reviews... and many mixed... I believe morti said something on a video but cant recall it...
I played a while back and really enjoyed it. It's meant to be silly and over the top, everything is a big joke on the classic tropes of fantasy. I enjoyed the combat, it's not overly difficult but still required some thinking (I finished it on hard). The story is just a pretext for the jokes and double-entendres, nothing ground breaking but good for what it wants to be. Technically it run very well for me, but then again I am extremely forgiving when it comes to bugs and glitches (as long as they're not Cyberpunk 2077-launch-level). The graphics are silly and cartoonish on purpose, I don't have strong preferences here so not much to say. I think it's worth the price and is a very compact, fun, casual, light tactical RPG that will make you laugh and still provide somewhat of a challenge.
I saw a stream of Wolfheart playing this game. It sort of reminds me of this other souls like clone with mechs... I forgot the name of it but it was successful enough to have a sequel. I am not a big fan of the way the game looks or plays. Its too simplified and rather sterile besides the cinematics in between.
@@jorgezamora3345 I think that was it but there was another one. I think it was in EA, you pretty much play as a female manequin like robot but you are mostly fighting duplicates and it had a cool mechanics where enemies would remember your last action and would copy it? So eventully you can get cornered with enemies that can counter almost everything you can do.
i love this game i kill the bot and i go back to the chair and keep doing it over again so when i fight the first boss it’s easy but the problem is after all that i just said the first boss still kills me i got no luck with it 😅lmao
quick tip..it's a lot faster to dodge into barrel and boxes to break them as opposed to attacking them.

An addition to tip 4 (loot barrels) is that there are things like sacks hanging from ropes in the trees that contain loot if you jump and attack them.
Big tip: buy the module from the boutique that increases the essence that drops from enemies. Adds up over time.

You can also break the bags that are hanged sometimes in the cities if you jump and hit them

I think it would be nice with your voice to have some music in the background, And I like your voice!
Merci boucoup!
Just started playing via a ps trial and the lock on mechanic is awful, you choose a enemy and it is forever moving between enemies
first view, first like, first comment (which is free).
