I feel like when you're single it's so much harder I'm lucky to.live at home and my parents own our house with the deeds stored safe for the future so how crazy prices get I'll luckily always have a home outright as house were so much cheaper years ago my parents paid off the mortgage I don't think many people can nowadays 🙈💖

LISA is similar to help to buy isa but in my opinion it’s better. You can save up to £4000 and get £1000 free each tax year… last date for 22/23 year is 5th April

Can I ask how oak started researching all the house stuff? Did he google, ask family? Or did the mortgage adviser tell you all this stuff ? Like you say you don’t know and he does but where did he learn 😅😅 finding it all so hard and my family are useless
