Tell you what, I'm watching this green bay 49ers game and I'm wondering how the fuck did we get beat by this team?!?!? Their secondary is freaking awful!!! They can't cover receivers they can't tackle for shit !!!so how the hell were we beaten by them?!?!

At this point, I want a strength and conditioning coach who will figure out what stretches or whatever needs to be done to reduce the number of knee injuries. A part of me thinks that no Jerry Jones team can go far in the playoffs because Jerry is an idiot who makes a bad culture. Another part of me thinks that things would have been different if Diggs and Overshown hadn't been injured. The offensive line would be different if Steele hadn't been injured. Leighton Vander Esch's neck was maybe something that couldn't be avoided, but if he'd stayed healthy, things would have been different.
Beyond that issue, I pretty much agree with you. Jason Witten returning to Dallas as a tight ends coach might be too soon, but that's another thought that I had. Sean Lee's return would at least be good for fan morale.
The question for the draft is how many picks we'll get. Current mock sites show the Cowboys with only five picks. I wish that the Cowboys could trade to get more good picks. I'd also want to trade back from 24 to get an extra pick or two. At this point, my priorities are to get two high- to medium- quality offensive linemen, a solid defensive tackle, a solid linebacker, a running back, and maybe a safety. The first four are non-negotiable. My next priorities are triple-dipping on the offensive line and double-dipping at linebacker.
The other action that would help would be a coach having the guts to tell Micah Parsons that he's not an edge (and not a podcaster). If Micah Parsons went back to being a great linebacker, the pressure to draft a linebacker would be less.

Last season I detached myself from the Cowboys, but after listening to both Law Nation and DMV's podcast.....I am officially divorcing myself from the Cowboys. Jerry Jones decides who gets the ball, who gets paid, etc.. He cares about $$ and not about winning, so I'm leaving as a Cowboys fan.
We need a new O line coach and a new DC,,,, we need some sort of offensive consultant, Kurt Warner explained the faulty play calling on Dak’s pick 6. Also, we need a QB coach that would fire up Dak and avoid being shell shocked when the going gets tough … look at Bill Callahan for Oline coach, he did well last time he was with the Cowboys

You've got to get someone in there who can develop young talent. As an example on offense Jalen Tolbert is a star in waiting. They don't develop young raw talented players worth a damn!

I like us replace we coach only wr that good for us ceedee and the wr coach not helping in developing guys like Tolbert and other younger guys
For stats I think Dan Quinn is 0-3 when he goes up against his former assistants from Atlanta.
Which means he's not going to Seattle because they know he'll loose to the 49ers twice.
They could go 17-0 next season and I wouldn’t believe in them in the playoffs

Zimmer is a zone scheme DC. Dallas would have revamp their personnel. As far as LB coach, we had no LB’s to make a true assessment. Jeremiah Trotter Jr is who I want the Boys to draft.
Are cowboys need to work on getting the running game to do better and are defense needs to work on stopping the run better in the 2024 season

I want to move on from Quinn also. He seems like a good dude but he's too soft on those guys. Tell Micah to shut up, stop the podcasts and play football. I don't like the draft picks Quinn seems to influence.
Bring in a good therapist to help Dak control his anxiety/panic issues. Been saying all year, when we lose offensively, usually because Dak is Lost and panicky

Next we will see Jerry and his fat son at the NFL Combine with those smug smiles and cool sunglasses on. Thanks to great wheeling and dealing, we have no 4th,5th, or 6th round draft picks this year. 3 less picks to make terrible choices with.
