An Indian Christian friend of mine ran away from Apartheid in Sth. Africa many years ago, came to Israel as a Volunteer on a Kibbutz, loved the life and freedom in Israel and was allowed to stay. She returned to SA to visit family after a few years in Israel and stood in line for a bus ticket. Being so used to being able to stand in line with all others in Israel she didn't take notice that she was standing in the Whites only line. She reached the teller who pointed out that he couldn't serve her. She said that was the moment she realized she had nothing further to look for in her old homeland.

I remember as a kid, on a TV channel for children, watchin a short documentary program about religious multiculturalism in Israel and the Holiday of Holidays. The speaker was a Christian child, with two friends, one Muslim and one Jewish. In the program he talked about how each of them celebrate their respective December holiday and how they are still friends. From a young age we are taught to love our neighbors of any culture. I have been to Israel 20 times and I have both Muslim Arabs and Jews friends.They work at the same hospital and had attended the same university.What you're saying is bull shit.An apartheid is a form of A government that discriminates or favors some parts of the population against the other.Gaza is governed by Hamas and the West Bank by the PLO.What they do to their people (which is horrible) is none of Israel's business.The checkpoints on the West Bank exist for security reasons which is logical after having Neighbors and neighbors who have basically committed like 10 genocidal attempts against you.Happens sometimes.
Yes there is a type of apartheid in the West Bank. Israeli jews are not allowed to go into parts of it. Muslims can go wherever they want.
