The fork is one of my favorite items. When combined with the two enemies that shoot themselves at you, and some bomb shooting items, it isn't too tough to kill 3 enemies in a turn at least once in a level, netting you many items.

I really like spice swallower. I feel like it it said you are immune to spikes you would take it in a second :P

Just beat lvl 17, first time it took more more than one try. max health, then extra shots, becomes a must imo.

I think I've seen you a few times take tincture and heal up to max just before... doesn't tincture give you 4HP when you take is so it's a waste of money?
