I bro, i have a golf IV ALH VP 90 with: PD admission, PD inlet balloon, PD air box, reinforced clutch up to 250cv, turbo GT 1749v, original IC, original injection and reprogramming. I'm thinking of putting race nozzles race 520 stage 1. Do you think it's a problem? put the nozzles like this is the car? later I want to turbo GT2060vk and IC XL gom pipes to 60mm
Hi man, this is good and reliable setup you have right now. You can use race 520 it will be good up to 240-250hp if i remember correctly and you can gain some power from this upgrade combined with ECU remap but not much because of stock turbo and IC. Your fuel consuption will be also probably higher. With your original turbo, IC and race 520 you can get to around 150hp. Original ALH engine is ok up to around 200hp. I saw some guys with more but it is not reliable anymore and you can damage your engine. So when you upgrade to gtb2060vklr or gtb2260vk+IC to achieve Its full potential And stay reliable you should change bottom end from PD engine 96kw or 110kw (i mean engine block, crankshaft, pistons and rods) because they are much stronger and good to 300hp+. When everything will be done correctly you can get to around 240-250hp. But i am only amateur, so as i suggest to anyone do proper research about this topic, about parts what you want for future,what Is its potential and what is your engine capable of, ask more experienced guys than me. Read And research now and dont regret later because its not cheap hobby. Good luck with your build
stále mám. ale motor žral brutálně olej (pravděpodobně pístní krouzky KO) a nebyla chuť ani peníze to opravovat. tak byla nekolik let pod plachtou venku. ted je to rozebraný a na jaře nebo v létě by to mohlo zase jezdit. je tam ted i větší turbo 2566 tak uvidime jak to dopadne
i dont know if you want to make insult or what but i answer you honestly anyway. we just washed the car thats why road is wet. i would not risk it on dry road because gearbox( stock 5q) or axles(stock) could break. i was scared even on water that something can fail. of course on oil it would be easier. have a nice day
ff correia yes it is ASV engine...it is completely build engine...turbo is gtb2266vk...2.6 bar boost, nozzles are firad 160% for VP engines, 12 mm VP head, ported head with bigger exhaust valves, sre clutch, fmic etc. so many little tweaks to work properly...And BLT bottom means that engine block( block, crankshaft, rods And pistons ) are from PD engine ( engine code is BLT-fabia 1 RS 2004) which is stronger than original ASV block
