Sara Sacha Miyu decided to give away alot of her main vocal lines to other members, the only line she really cared about having was the high note one and she wanted to share her spotlight with the rest of her team
Actually, the others with higher position than Haeyoon who can also sing well still didn't kick Haeyoon out of the main vocal position, but Miyu just kick Haeyoon away. I did not mean that Miyu is not a good singer or what, I just think that Haeyoon suits that position more. When they have lessons, the teachers mention indirectly that they should consider changing the main vocal, since Miyu can only sing when she try very very hard, but Haeyoon can just sing the high note easily or at least less difficult than Miyu. I just personally think that Miyu did not think twice before kicking Haeyoon out of the main vocal position...
When Chaeyeon got voted out of 'I am' I found it quite patronising that some of the girls were crying, like yeah they might have been sad, but they were the ones who voted her out

Honestly hyewon didn't do chowon wrong on purpose, she only moved her down to 9th because she thought it suited her voice more. She chose the part that she wanted but was still trying to be considerate to the person she moved, it just didn't work out. Also I lowkey lost a bit of sympathy for Chowon after all the bitter comments she made towards Eunbi after she moved her.
I mean Chowon didn't say anything against her. Just said what she felt about the situation. And on top of that she helped Eunbi sing the part even when she felt bad she didn't have it. And with Hyewon, well, that's just what she said. Her intention might have been good but facts are facts.
Honorable Mention: Mnet hyping up Go Yujin during Rumor evaluations but ended up being eliminated. FUN FACT: She trended #1 in Twitter Korea because of slaying “Rumor” and being eliminated right away.
When u watching back that Yuri's scene where she was announced ranked 3rd, u can see Kaeun n Wonyoung worried faces..i mean only Top 2 is left, Wonyoung probably thinking there is no way Sakura n Kaeun are not going to take these places..same goes to Kaeun...
Honestly, if chaeyeon wasnt kicked out by i am team, idk if she could make it or even pass the 3rd elimination ( since her fanbase wasnt that big then). After she got kick out, mnet broadcasted a long story of her and made ppl emotional and began to support her. You can see in late eps, she got many many screentime. That was fate!!! Thanks God 😍

If you are upset about Chowon not making it into top 12, just remember that in Season 1, Soyeon from Cube also did not make into ioi, but after debuting, (G)i-dle won number 1 on music shows just 20 days after debut, and before any of the ioi members won no 1 with their respective groups. there is a huge benefit in making it (like solo activities, CF, etc.) but there is no guarantee that they will be successful in their respective groups in their companies after disbandment. btw- im not hating on anyone and think that all the groups mentioned in this post deserve to win in music shows. its just a reminder that not being in the top 12 of this particular show isn't the end.
The only difference is that because (G)i-dle just debuted, Chowon's future is a lot cloudier since Cube is not going to have another girl group in awhile. When Soyeon was eliminated, 4Minute had just broken up so she knew Cube was working on a new girl group. All she had to do was increase her fame via Unpretty Rapstar, but her future was pretty set. That's why I'm most sad for Chowon, for Kaeun - who has an even bleaker future, and for Miyu.
Well its common sense really,the reason all trainee that participate in this produce series is too get attention, hype,and fame before debuting in their own group, doesn't matter if he/she gets to the final lineup, its just the bonus of the show, and Soyeon did just that

Well Chaeyeon more than most of the participants knows that pain of being in one of these shows and failing to make a cut. She probably knew how painful that really was even if Kaeun was putting a brave face on it. She probably also realized that for Kaeun this was probably even more painful because she had already debuted once, tasted some success, then got stranded by her company, and this might have been a last shot to resurrect her career as with Pledis you just don't know what they are doing with the former Afterschool members keeping them around and under contract, but not doing anything with them.
I think it also allowed her to show a brighter side and concept and tbh idk if it’s thanks to her or miho or just their whole group dynamic but 1000% is my fave song out of all the original last evaluation songs😌 and I usually don’t like these kinds of songs lmao
I Am was the weakest of all the songs, it said it was a "cute" song but it wasn't cute, the outfits didn't match the song, the choreography didn't match the song. It feels like Mnet chose it as the sacrifice team and threw everyone they didn't want into it except Yujin because they knew that all of the screentime and favoritism they gave her would save her when the team inevitably lost.
I Am was a mess. everything, especially the concept, was confusing. the song was cute, the choreography was sexy, but the concept was supposed to be cutey-sexy? a hilarious joke, if you ask me.
The most shocking twist is that Lee Chaeyeon got the 12th place for the group and I'm so furious about it, I mean Jang Won Young is the good but Lee Chaeyeon is better. I expected a lot on the announcement of who will be the center and I am a little bit disappointed.

Chaeyeon was probably sitting on the 9-10th place before Mnet showed the in danger bottom 4. She got pushed by Chaewon and Minju probably, that's why she ended up in 12th place. Same as to how Gaeun must've been within top 12 too but the in danger announcement pushed her off to 14.
The thing is, WonYoung got what koreans like, pretty face, a lot of facial expression and all while I personally can't see anything in her. Haeyoon being pushed out of the main vocal position for the final performance and not making it into izone. She was one of the best vocalists on the show, it's such a pity :(
Luck of the draw. Chowon had the same issue. They both should've played it a bit more strategically and chose the 1st or 2nd subvocal instead of the main vocal, given their pick position. In hindsight, it's best that Haeyoon didn't make it, since she's debuting with Cherry Bullet. Otherwise, she would've been bouncing back and forth - not ideal.
@@rdpaik In the long-run, if Cherry Bullet does well, it will have worked out well for Haeyoon. Also, I can't say enough about what a good leader Haeyoon was. She regularly got grouped with people who were in danger of elimination and either weren't as talented or were demoralized after a low ranking and managed to dust them off, get them organized, pick up their spirits, and perform better than expected. Also, if I recall correctly Haeyoon didn't blame others for getting bumped down as the vocalist. She realized that was out of he control because of her ranking coming into the final 20. She couldn't control her destiny and that wasn't the fault of others who had to push her down because they were trying to make it too.
Kent Vesser That would have been way worst ! Main vocal is hard Not everyone can do it. Choosing Main Vocal was the best they could have done , I mean 1st and 2nd sub vocal is easy to sing and everyone would have rushing to get it . They did the best the could
I think Yuri is as good if not better vocalist than Haeyoon. Yuri has a good voice and is able to not strain her voice, while not hitting her notes, unlike Haeyoon, who tends to scream instead if the notes are out of her league. In ‘We Together’, Yuri is able to pull the high note better than Haeyoon. Haeyoon is called for as of the best vocalists in the show, because of her clear voice but Yuri has a good better technique, voice and tone. Not to mention she is prettier and have a nicer personality

the day yuri became 3rd, Kaeun not making, 9:3 members were revealed its the day when we knew the 3rd season was rigged. Yuri could have make it but not with that high ranking, there's simply no way. Kaeun was ligit in the top 12 until the last episode. The producers likely changed Sakura to be the second because she's japanese, believe it or not its true. Sakura I could understand but they legit switch most of the top 12 of japanese members with korean ones who look 'pretty' and 'young' that only ranked in the top 20. Then again, there's no way a korean show would debut 7 japanese and 5 koreans. I'm still bitter about 9:3, it shoul've been 5:7.

People seem to forget that whenever trainees get eliminated, the votes re-allocate to other trainees bc votes still watch the show. Yuri is easily a show favorite, and she has a lot of supporters.

IF the voting was a Mnet rig job, then Miru had the same issue Kaeun and Sian did. They all looked a bit too mature for this group. Mnet went for a fresher looking, younger group - maintaining only Eunbi, to be the elder/leader.
Adding so much harmony to Miyus high note was a very smart thing and I'll tell you why. Miyu Takeuchi was simply not able to hit that high note. You simply cannot go 3 notes higher just like that. She had to belt out that note, but instead she flipped and went into falsetto in practice. If she would have attempted that note live, she most likely would have failed miserably, denying her *any* chance to get into IZ*ONE. That note was an F#, something even better singers struggle with. It was simply not realistic.

Actually, the others with higher position than Haeyoon who can also sing well still didn't kick Haeyoon out of the main vocal position, but Miyu just kick Haeyoon away. I did not mean that Miyu is not a good singer or what, I just think that Haeyoon suits that position more. When they have lessons, the teachers mention indirectly that they should consider changing the main vocal, since Miyu can only sing when she try very very hard, but Haeyoon can just sing the high note easily or at least less difficult than Miyu. I just personally think that Miyu did not think twice before kicking Haeyoon out of the main vocal position...
And also, I don't think that Hyewon is good enough to be a member of IZ*ONE, Kaeun or Chowon are better than Hyewon...

If you are upset about Chowon not making it into top 12, just remember that in Season 1, Soyeon from Cube also did not make into ioi, but after debuting, (G)i-dle won number 1 on music shows just 20 days after debut, and before any of the ioi members won no 1 with their respective groups.
there is a huge benefit in making it (like solo activities, CF, etc.) but there is no guarantee that they will be successful in their respective groups in their companies after disbandment.
btw- im not hating on anyone and think that all the groups mentioned in this post deserve to win in music shows. its just a reminder that not being in the top 12 of this particular show isn't the end.
The only difference is that because (G)i-dle just debuted, Chowon's future is a lot cloudier since Cube is not going to have another girl group in awhile. When Soyeon was eliminated, 4Minute had just broken up so she knew Cube was working on a new girl group. All she had to do was increase her fame via Unpretty Rapstar, but her future was pretty set. That's why I'm most sad for Chowon, for Kaeun - who has an even bleaker future, and for Miyu.

I Am was the weakest of all the songs, it said it was a "cute" song but it wasn't cute, the outfits didn't match the song, the choreography didn't match the song. It feels like Mnet chose it as the sacrifice team and threw everyone they didn't want into it except Yujin because they knew that all of the screentime and favoritism they gave her would save her when the team inevitably lost.
I Am was a mess. everything, especially the concept, was confusing. the song was cute, the choreography was sexy, but the concept was supposed to be cutey-sexy? a hilarious joke, if you ask me.

Luck of the draw. Chowon had the same issue. They both should've played it a bit more strategically and chose the 1st or 2nd subvocal instead of the main vocal, given their pick position. In hindsight, it's best that Haeyoon didn't make it, since she's debuting with Cherry Bullet. Otherwise, she would've been bouncing back and forth - not ideal.
@@rdpaik In the long-run, if Cherry Bullet does well, it will have worked out well for Haeyoon. Also, I can't say enough about what a good leader Haeyoon was. She regularly got grouped with people who were in danger of elimination and either weren't as talented or were demoralized after a low ranking and managed to dust them off, get them organized, pick up their spirits, and perform better than expected. Also, if I recall correctly Haeyoon didn't blame others for getting bumped down as the vocalist. She realized that was out of he control because of her ranking coming into the final 20. She couldn't control her destiny and that wasn't the fault of others who had to push her down because they were trying to make it too.

I think Yuri is as good if not better vocalist than Haeyoon. Yuri has a good voice and is able to not strain her voice, while not hitting her notes, unlike Haeyoon, who tends to scream instead if the notes are out of her league. In ‘We Together’, Yuri is able to pull the high note better than Haeyoon. Haeyoon is called for as of the best vocalists in the show, because of her clear voice but Yuri has a good better technique, voice and tone. Not to mention she is prettier and have a nicer personality

the day yuri became 3rd, Kaeun not making, 9:3 members were revealed its the day when we knew the 3rd season was rigged.
Yuri could have make it but not with that high ranking, there's simply no way. Kaeun was ligit in the top 12 until the last episode. The producers likely changed Sakura to be the second because she's japanese, believe it or not its true. Sakura I could understand but they legit switch most of the top 12 of japanese members with korean ones who look 'pretty' and 'young' that only ranked in the top 20. Then again, there's no way a korean show would debut 7 japanese and 5 koreans.
I'm still bitter about 9:3, it shoul've been 5:7.

Since all stone music trainees except for Yuri got eliminated, previous trainee stans all united to vote for her + Goeun's fanbase also helped out. People seem to forget that whenever trainees get eliminated, the votes re-allocate to other trainees bc votes still watch the show. Yuri is easily a show favorite, and she has a lot of supporters.

And her image and appearance are also really fit to the koreans taste and izone. I just don't get why some int fans bashed her for getting 3rd place just because she climbed up high and their favorites didn't make it when the people voted were Koreans lol. Adding so much harmony to Miyus high note was a very smart thing and I'll tell you why.
Miyu Takeuchi was simply not able to hit that high note.
You simply cannot go 3 notes higher just like that.
She had to belt out that note, but instead she flipped and went into falsetto in practice.
If she would have attempted that note live, she most likely would have failed miserably, denying her *any* chance to get into IZ*ONE.
That note was an F#, something even better singers struggle with.
It was simply not realistic.
I know right. I dont hate Miyu but it's just impossible. Something was off when she sang. Something was done to help her. It wasnt clear.
