I gained 50medals within 2 to 3 hours of gameplay, playing random duos and mostly solos, really easy to complete, detonators can be a pain sometimes but majority of the time easy to find.
For anyone who doesn’t have all the camo challenges done you get a medal for every mastery challenge you do. It is much easier than doing all the vondel mission
Tip: For the contract missions, go for the bounty contract, other people will do it for you Detonators can also be found in DMZ, if you are having trouble, kill some AIs and find the nator For the loot container, go at places with less people landing, then unlock every single lootable thing, weapon crates, reusable crates, medical cabinets, cash registers everything counts For non MW2 owners, you will only get 30 medals if you do all poi challenges, so the only thing you can rely on to get to 40 medals is the daily challenges (they can be done infinitely) they cycle everyday,one day it will be for MW2 and then WZ2 Hope that helps 😊

Remember you can also get 1 medal every multiplayer match if you win and have 15 kills or more
You can also get one medal for each camo you unlock so if you're camo grinding you should get a lot of medals
You can also grind shipment for the medals as well
