He walked in and out of the whole building and back to his car 13 times. Or C. He filmed this over the course of 13 days each time bringing in a different costume. And no matter what, had to do all of this during public hours.
It looks to me like he’s got a gym in his apartment building from the background and the sign in the background that says “Fitness Center Rules”. It’s a very common thing in cities. Every building I’ve lived in has had one and they’re typically open 24/7 and pretty much empty.
Looks like an apartment gym or clubhouse. They're usually barren after 10pm so I could totally see him taking advantage there (but imagine them looking back on the cameras 🤣)
Fun fact: Jack Sparrow runs this way because the ship swings a lot and you have to keep your balance. After many years on the ship, such movement is becoming a habit.
