nice to read the positive comments. I was waiting for the nasties to show up after reading the title: living in a bus (not: working while living in a bus) ... buys land. Over the decades of alternative dwelling/living arrangements, traveling etc. I was often reproached for being a bum, a burden to society, etc. even though I was 17 years in the regular army, then a social worker, then a tour guide. Some people would rather s**t on you then ask you questions. Be that as it may, this dwelling vid is awesome.
Love that table! The reclaimed wood is gorgeous. One great thing about DIY. Using what you find and bringing out your creativity. Probably some you didn’t even know you had!!
Love the woodwork especially the table & sink. It's great that use recycled products and use glass jars for food storage. The use of water off your roof is genious. I wonder will you put a filter system in.
A really beautiful presentation, very clear heart, and I enjoyed watching. Well done and really blessing in it's clarity, and of course very beautiful build/art. God's blessings on you. Thank you.
Nice pelty air on that wood burner. Learned about heat generating and it's pretty amazing to see another person using one and rare. Very nice set up too.
I hope someone reads this. A lot of us use these videos as research on what alternative dwelling to buy eventually. He has a beautiful creatively built bus. But I notice he said you should buy it because of basically how fun it is to have. But he didn’t discuss the roadworthiness, dependability and expenses of maintaining the vehicle and some of the downsides. that’s the most important information we need to know. I don’t hear a lot of videos on RUclips as much about that. Sorry if it is seen as a negative comment
He did say he found "angels" along the way that helped him with breakdowns/repairs. The bus he has is a Chevy which many people still have the skills to work on. I have worked on many repairs for these engines myself. Repairs are simpler on this engine than on many other bus engines. I believe he picked the perfect bus for someone without much vehicle repair experience. Even if he had to pay full price for repairs, it would be cheaper than most others.
Many videos on youtube are sources of inspiring, but the amount of money that I see invested in these conversions are the exact opposite reasons on why I am deciding to pursue this journey. However, this bus build was built with his personality rather than just having money thrown at the project, so I personally found this video even more inspiring
Very nice 👍 Really like your home and I completely understand about not pleasing others ❤️ Love that you recycle your water from Nature & the wood is gorgeous ❤️❤️I wouldn't change anything but the Water pump lol to loud but that's a simple thing and the sink is also beautiful. Great job!!
I haven't been inspired by the beauty in a home in a while, because I've watched a LOT of RUclips for years so I feel like I've seen it all. Fantastic build man, everything is organized and beloved in there 💖
I have a skoolie, it's not ready for us to move in yet and there's been many delays already. Have been feeling discouraged and doubting my decision to live full time in the bus. So glad I found this video, he reignited my spark. Thank you 🙏
Tali you make me feel hopeful for the younger generations.....beautiful video.....and how's that !! my spiritual name from an Indian guru is Bodhichitta!!!
This is Beautiful! To style with nature's Beauty is truly amazing! I hope to buy a little land for a bus or tiny home. I find inspiration, hope, faith in these videos. Look at everything you've accomplished already! That must feel so good! Your art is Beautiful too! I too, have been feeling lonely and I do the same thing regarding people pleasing . I need to do something like this to climb out of a black hole. Thank you for sharing your story and Beautiful home!
Can you actually still take off in that bus, or do you have a travel bus now and that one is more or less stationary? It seems that with all the items hooked up to it, and the way the interior items - including the wood stove- are placed, it would be a major operation to get on the road. Also, what about that location? Is that a park, a friends' property, your property? It looks like some of the "neighbors" are building permanent structures- a gazebo? Inspiring! I've been trying to break the tether for a number of years now, but I haven't been able to become completely nomadic....yet.

Your table is absolutely gorgeous and so is your build . Safe travels always
I appreciate your interviews, especially the ones of those who work on the road or artists, being one myself, trying to create while vanlifing : )
Awesome woodwork. Very neat bus, and very spacious. I just love it. Well done.
Gorgeous build in a stunning landscape 😍
What a nice, down to earth guy, his bus and land are great, I would have wanted to do exactly what he did if I lived in the USA. (Or Canada).
Love the woodwork especially the table & sink. It's great that use recycled products and use glass jars for food storage. The use of water off your roof is genious. I wonder will you put a filter system in.

Repairs and upkeep are expensive moat likely why he bought land.We bought land as well and that is part of the reason.

If he didn’t grow up going to a Rudolph Steiner/Waldorf school I’ll be even more amazed. But I LOVE this guy’s build and his creativity.
Not sure if Tali did, but funny enough the filmmaker who made this video did.

I have the same short bus! I'm 65 and gonna build her out. I named her Babe.
Do you take your railing down on the roof when you travel? My bus is 9 feet tall with nothing on the roof.
The conversation must look like school bus a House inside
Where did you get the ladder ?
You must live in a moderately warm region
Where is your land and how much did you pay for it?

This message is for the owner of this vehicle. Could you use BBQ charcoal, to help heat your bus.
Cute you are
Back to The Lord all good.
What do you do for money? You have to eat! Where do you park?
He talks about all of this mid way through the video.
Very nice.
