I think the super was done once the player knew it would kill, regardless of life total and blocking

He has no super for reversal and dhalsim has enough drive gauge to do a block string into CA and kill with chip and given his range that’d be easy so he felt pressured to keep his offense to force the win. F. Hp is safe at -3 with potential for decent spacing and also crushes lows.
