It won’t go anywhere. $800k or more collected I believe. Indian family’s father’s siblings, mother’s siblings, any older cousins of the kids, and friends will arrange a trust most likely with sound advice from a financial planner. It is very highly probable that there is WILL already, so social security workers won’t get this money and the kid also won’t go to foster home.
