The franchise is running on good faith, franchise loyalty and nostalgia. The reality of the situation is that there's much more competition in this day and age and other shooters are currently doing it better. That's not to say it wont recover, but there's much more fun games to play right now with Infinite in the state that it is.
@@bobbobinson2649 I'm talking about Apex tbh, the gunplay and smoothness is worlds apart. Microsoft literally dominates PC's and they can't even optimise their game for the platform.
@@TheManOnTheStreetOMG Yeah, besides the camping, hackers and cheaters, it's much better than Halo. I'd say CoD even with it's yearly releases still holds up quite well
It's very sad to see, at this rate 343 need to release something HUGE for players to even consider returning in Season 2, but with how they've been recently in terms of their communication and updates I'm honestly quite worried. There's no way Halo infinite will last more than 2 years let alone 10 unless they act fast. As always, great video mate
They really need to drop the plan of drip feeding players content. Not to me tion the entire system Halo Infinite is built on is designed to push players to the store They could have placed a progression system seperate from the BP and challenge system, but that would mean Ayers would have less motivation to buy from the store. They could have launched with cross core customization, but they intentionally locked stuff to each core so they could look at what armor players wear the most to recreate that armor peice for another core and resell it Than they took away custom colors, took it a step further and only gave players 10 of the default colors from Halo 5 and paywalled the others. And now back to the drip feed. They will drip feed those 50 remaining default colors. Lock them to one item so they can resell you that same color for each item. For example Scarlet wake is default basic red. They sold it for one core .. than resold it for another core and resold it for the third core.... That was three seperate purchases but you got the same color
It baffles me how long MS is allowing 343’s mismanagement of Halo. Does Bonnie have dirt on some of these higher ups that she’s allowed to keep her job?
Bonnie Ross is from the same Flood Carrier as Kathleen Kennedy and Susan Wojcicki. Women put into management positions to make a company look progressive and forward thinking and failing miserably. All three are extremely far left and act very cookie cutter in behavior, language, and managing styles. I'm not saying that women can't ever be good CEO's or leaders in companies at all. I do however believe men and women have strengths and weaknesses that should be cherished and used to the fullest potential. Bonnie is clearly not cut out for this and needs to be replaced badly.
@@SneedRemembrancer Nah. Forza has consistently excelled over the past decade while Halo has floundered time and time again under 343's control. This problem falls squarely at the feet of Bonnie Ross, Frank O'Connor, and all the other incompetent managers at 343.
@@343Films it’s it’s Microsoft who have had the power to get rid of them and yet they don’t time and time again. It’s like a manager just refusing to fire an employee that fails to meet basic work expectations.
I think you missed what might be the most important part of all, the social aspect. No pregame and post game lobbies, no way to “party up” together and search for the next game. In game voice chat turned off by default, makes the game feel lonely and isolated. The only playlist where someone talks once in a while is in ranked. Halo Infinite needs more maps, needs a visible prestige system that incentivizes players to play past level 100 on the battle pass. Halo 3 had this, it was game experience tied to in game skill, maxed out at 5 star general.
I see your point in all this But unless you were playing with someone else by any chance, but if not then those pre-game lobbies were pretty annoying and somewhat useless since all you had was people mindlessing screaming at each other I'm not saying that I don't want it too be added in future updates, but there's probably far more important elements of the game that needs to implemented first honestly
@@phoenixv2460 That screaming and yelling at each other was prime entertainment. Also in older games you got to vote for the next map to play on, another feature taken away by 343i.
@ClipTy and @CrunchyWolf I see all of your points in terms of the overall entertainment point of view, but same can't be said ween you have people literally yelling and screaming at each other on MAX volume Features and Elements that are both "questionable" but just so happen too be memorably hilarious at times I'm not saying that bringing these features back is necessary a bad thing by any means I just hope ween implemente, we have additional options too both Enable and Disable them
Please also understand this, I tell it to my friend who arbitrarily does it daily, but PARTY CHAT (on console) and discord on PC, has ruined the socialness of gamers in multiplayer. Everyone just cliques up with their friends. Solo Q is useless
There was a big missed chance by 343 here to actually break the trends of modern gaming. They had all the steam to do so but they didn't. They could have set trends instead of following them and look where that got them. Right back into to irrelevance. I doubt infinite will be able to get people to come back since people would rather just play the same generic triple A trash live service games then give another a game a shit when its improved.
343 should go out of business. That's the only way I'm coming back to Halo. They're incompetent and shouldn't be trusted to clean a house let alone make a video game.
@@ToxicTerrance HEY! The MCC team (and yes, it is a separate team) has finally got their shit together. MCC is actually doing really well for what it is.
the only tread they followed tbh is repeating past issues and somehow making them all worse over the years. idk whos running this shitshow, but they probably should look for work in another field
Can’t say I’m surprised, I always knew the live service was a cover for just how little was ready to ship at launch. “10 year plan” more like “10 years of development hell”.
Not even. The 10 year plan is just a lazy method to dripfeed you day 1 content, that way you come back to what should have been there day 1 to buy more shit in the store.
My biggest issue with Infinite is that I'm playing on Xbox 1, and the low framerate is somewhat limiting in multiplayer, esp. BTB. I never played any 343 Halo titles, but I have thousands of hours in Destiny, and somehow they made shooting feel just as good, even without ADS and hand cannons.
Yea I’d ir on the Xbox one then your automatically at a disadvantage I’d recommend a series S it’s the only way u can get 120 FPS at $300 or u can get a pc but u gotta switch because u don’t even realize how much of a disadvantage you’re in
@@solobusiness4320 it's not 120 fps it's a series x only with infinite. The series s is 60fps it's still a noticeable improvement I know from experience. But it's not 120fps on series s. It's 30fps on Xbox one
@@solobusiness4320 I play on Xbox one and honestly the forced crossplay is what ruins it for me. Every game there's always a few kills where I crack shields and punch somebody first but my punch never registers. Or shots don't register. I have a nice monitor and use a LAN cord but even that isn't enough to give me a chance. Playing against pc and Xbox series x with people getting 120fps and to my 60 just makes the game ridiculously unplayable. My buddy has a nice 4K monitor with a Xbox series x. I can smoke him 1v1 on his system. We played ranked the other day and he went 27-2.. he's not that good I swear lol. So basically if you don't have a Xbox series x or pc with great internet it's not gonna be much fun. It could be as easy as giving crossplay a option to turn on and off without forcing you to play ranked. And even the option to turn off crossplay in ranked isn't that great either cause you can still play pc and Xbox series x/s players using controllers. It's crazy that the first comment on this video is literally about playing on Xbox 1 cause truthfully it's draining to play knowing my skill doesn't reflect my play it's my console 😔
I left because I am sick and tired of giving 343 the benefit of the doubt. That’s all we have been doing for this company for the past 12 years. An extra year really wouldn’t have mattered since it wouldn’t have been for them to “iron out” the details so that a complete game may release, to them its just further delaying the inevitable.
Imagine if they gave original bungie 500,000,000 dollars and 6 years. We’d have the greatest halo game in human history, maybe even the greatest game of all time. 343 gets this, and creates one of the most mediocre games I’ve ever seen, it is just pathetic.
If you go back and watch all the prerelease promotional material, you can see how the corporate Microsoft people did a really good job at distracting all of us from the lack of maps and game modes. They invoked a lot of nostalgia to get Halo fans invested.
I stopped playing simply because it was fun but got so stale. The progression, playlists, sandbox and campaign were all just my issues, if they just went more into communicating, I'd be happy but unfortunately 343 want to be radio silent and hell bent on ruining our beloved franchise, they get no sympathy whatsoever
My thoughts exactly, Its not as if halo infinite is the only game in existence. So many other titles are bringing in my and other interest and as far as I'm concerned having gotten 250+ hours in infinite and using game pass for the campaign, What else is there? Same weapons same maps over and over and the same sandbox weapons being so niche that its unfun to use them. Considering 343s recent blunders and those clowns at that companys idotic tweets, I consider them as bad as dice at this point. ill play infinite every now and again but to me its just another mildly fun game in the sea of other games I have on steam. Its not anywhere near as Wowing as 3 or reach was. I already have plenty of games back logged to play at some point when bored. I find the 343 bots that go to their defense all across the net on halo based spaces, youtube sections, halo redditors tho it was obvious considering they are Pandenic contrarian children with no thoughts of their own but to seem smart and discussion boards. Halo going F2P was controversial, but 343 doesn't understand what makes that and live service successful. Can't really feel to heated but im pretty sure halo will be fully dead after this "10 year" stint if 343 doesn't pull the plug on it anthem style. People should stop getting angry into the void and just give up on this game and franchise if they dislike it, and for devils sake hope people don't give them any money.
yea like they were silent when Halo Wars 2 servers went down the other day. They didn't bother acknowledging it at all on the forums and it took a 3rd party site that monitors game/server issues and catalogues it for informing the developers to find out and make a big enough stink to get 343 to react.
I knew that naming yourself after the character that betrayed Chief and murdered Johnson would bite them in the ass, so far its bitten then in the ass for all of their mainline games.
The part I don't get is that there is a team at 343i who knows how Halo works...MCC! I just don't understand why, for the life of me, there are so few maps, forge, game-play modes, and co-op...on a game that has had a six year development cycle and (now) 20 years of background. The comparisons (in favor) that I keep hearing are CE and 2, but CE and 2 were developed in about one year for CE and less than one year for 2. Infinite had SIX YEARS! Maps: Use old assets! People love those maps, and they work! Look, I understand "Balance," but many of my favorite maps are inherently unbalanced. It forced you to do something other than "run in straight line and shoot." Also, if equipment makes it too unbalanced, then don't allow that piece of equipment to spawn on the specific map. Dead set on not using the best of 20 years of maps? Fine. There are tons of locations in the open world campaign that would work great as maps! Do what Reach did! Re-use assets! It's not that hard. Forge: Okay. Why not? Seriously, why not? I see no real reason that forge couldn't have been ready at launch unless management simply doesn't want it or devs can't right a half decent GUI. Game-play modes: You had a bunch of the basics. Why can't you add the others? Infection, Invasion, and Firefight are my favorites. Just give me one. Hell, many of the HVTs and Banished bases run like Firefight with reinforcements showing up mid-battle. Why can't you do it on multiplayer? Co-op: Really? REALLY?! Part of the bedrock of Halo since launch has been its co-op, and you didn't f*cking do it? "Open world maps are too big" has been an argument, but it is a dumb one. Every title has had loading zones, and if the players split up, one is rubber-banded back to the other to stay in one zone. It's how the game works, so existing players are used to it. Put bluntly, if H3 could do it in half the dev time with less technology, then why can't Infinite? Oh, right. Because they had to include wild life with an AI. BIG update.
One problem is that infinite removed the casual aspect like infection grifball fatkid those game modes and forge in favor of the competitive arena side. But the dumbed down the competitive side to broaden the gameplay. 😐😐😐 so they end up pissing off not just one party. Everybody is annoyed and leaving.
Fat kid was a forge game,, but yeah, those dumb fun modes are completely gone. All of the Bungie games released in a complete state, therefore there was no need for live service.
I played since Halo 3 but uninstalled Halo Infinite after a few weeks. The progression system was an insult, worse than Halo 5. They ported over the old Halo Reach armors and made us pay for most of them. I know it’s a free game but twisting a good progression system such as Halo 3 and Reach into this paywall of an experience is so disrespectful to the earlier games in the franchise. Don’t forget how they also lied to us about how most things in-game would be free. The rest of the game was alright, the campaign was fun but I don’t think it should cost so much if it’s only a campaign. I’m just tired of playing incomplete games with more lies and paywalls than the city of Dubai itself. I would rather play classic ones like FNV and add mods onto it for free that add a way better experience than most trending games.
Dude, Why does 343 want to kill halo man, first halo 4, the 5, halo wars 2 i actually liked, and now there kicking every halo fan in the balls with this game
I had fun with halo 4 and 5 for months. 5 in particular. Infinite barely got a week out of my squad. COD: Pacific and Halo: Infinite are so bad...we've actually gone back to pubg.....
@@manz7860 I mean if u had fun with 4/5, I don’t care, at least u got enjoyment out of the games, but it doesn’t change the fact that halo 4 was a cod clone, and halo 5 shouldn’t even be considered a halo game with the worst campaign in triple A history
Bungie were fans of their own creation. 343 not. Since 343 took over - the quality of maps went downhill drastically - tempo went up - time to kill went up - game feels more and more like CoD Infinite was an announced fail, driven by greed an cluelessness.
I’ve stopped playing because it just feels like 343 won’t listen to us. Events have been the only way to earn new cosmetics, otherwise you’re stuck with a shop that no one is happy with, customization is still way too limited and bare bones, despite thousands practically begging for more options and even asking for more varied body types as the current three are just so similar. Probably worst of all, there’s no new maps, limited new modes, and no new guns or weapon balancing, several guns still feel useless despite constant feedback. Let’s not forget there is locked content you can view, but is impossible to unlock, even through the shop. There’s two stances that supposedly unlock through the campaign, and yet nothing anyone does can unlock them. I mean, come on man, why show them and offer them if you can’t get them? That’s just scummy practice., and again, 343 is silent. It feels like they’re ignoring us and just doing whatever they want. We just want to be heard, but it feels like 343 ISN’T LISTENING. I love playing Infinite but 343 won’t make changes to it and just keeps so radio silent despite so many people begging for information, even if it’s just a roadmap, just something to know we’re being heard. But no, we get nothing. Just promises of things “coming soon”. Well, until that stuff does come, I’m done. I’m tired of everyone being ignored.
Come on, you can't really still think that 343 won't listen to us. Just look at the reaction to halo 5, not enough Chief in the campaign, only having 2 slots to customize armor, too much advanced movement in the multiplayer, too many weapons that are just reskins of others, content being locked behind randomized loot boxes, artstyle being too overdetailed and flashy and ignoring what made Halo look so good originally. All of these things and more they said they would change with their next game, and they did. During the first month of release they were so good at communicating and giving us small updates, they updated the progression to be better, halved most of the prices in the store, tripled the amount of content in the free events, made vehicles spawn quicker in BTB, etc. But since they fixed the easy stuff, you're completely right: radio silence. The problem isn't them not listening to us, it's them taking way too long to acknowledge the big problems and give us fixes.
This is why I have been on MCC more than Infinite since the launch. MCC is such a good deal it makes you feel you would be crazy to invest much time in Infinite. I am glad that others have enjoyed the game, but I enjoy the multiplayer more in some of the older games. Makes it hard to wanna adopt the new title.
The difference being Infinite is where the lastest competitive ranked atmosphere is at while MCC is a fan service for casuals. Both excellent games but for different reasons.
@@youtubeaccount697 it came off worse than i meant it. Just that the "meta" or highest ranked players are playing infinite and MCC is the opposite where people want to go and play infection and grifball.
@@Jhoto I get what you mean, and it is true that new games tend to be where competitive players move to. I do hope Infinite gets new content. For those on MCC there is not really any new content but there is still some ranked modes to play
I never even tried the multiplayer because I felt there was no point with how little content there was and the fact that probably a majority of the cosmetics I would want were going to be paywalled because "lIVe ServIcE"
This is just sad to see, considering that I haven’t touched Halo since 4 (and also MCC). I really wanted to go all in on the game with my friends, as I really don’t want to go back to even attempting Battle Royale (my least favorite genre). But as you stated, the lack of content made them jump ship, and so did I unfortunately. 343 needs to get their head straight and give the game the content it deserves.
I love Infinite, but the lack of content is just gonna make me uninstall it and just tell play BF1, D2 and For Honor. The Halos before the 343 games Halo wasn’t live service, but had an abundant amount of content. WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK DOES INFINITE HAVE??? No progression post-battle pass. Awful shop. The gameplay is so goddamn good. Best in the series. But boy does it having nothing outside of multiplayer.
@Gary Lococo as someone who’s played borderlands games, I see what you mean by the live service games being slow at first. However, like how shredded stated in the video, the lack of a roadmap is hurting Infinite badly. Even with a flawed game like Borderlands 3,having a roadmap and constant updates kept played like myself and others hooked for a good while. Having said that, I’m avoiding the anticipated Wonderlands game BECAUSE of the live service. It’s simply a business model I no longer wish to tolerate. Expecting DLC’s and Map Packs is one thing, but having to wait for weeks and months for a game to be balanced and finished after it’s released is just simply aggravating. We need more games to be finished and having a decent amount of content prior to the initial release date, not after. Just ask people from Battlefield 2042, they’ll tell you.
@@somehistorynerd Exactly! I’ve just been the Borderland series, along with Doom, Dead Space, Halo MCC, and 7 Days to Die with friends. Infinite is just simply not grabbing me or anyones attention rn, and it’s all cuz of the problems that plauge the game currently. Also, good luck with For Honor. Last time I was on that, it was a mess.
To put it simply this game was not ready for launch… it needed another year delay. If the game would’ve launched with co-op campaign, more game modes, more maps, fire fight and forge there would be a lot more people still playing it. I mean Halo reach, over a decade ago came out with more content on launch
Forge could've been launched in half decent condition on launch as just a hollow shell of blocks and basic map terrain, which would have been more than enough. The flights had Forge left in them and there are projects to play in the unstable mode which could've probably been fixed up decently between the flights and now if it was their focus.
Ever since Battle Royals became the mainstream design choice for many AAA games, I've just stopped trying to find something new and fresh and still play "old" stuff, like BF3-4-V, Titanfall 2, Division 2, Arma 3 and Squad. Unfortunately, innovation just ceased to exist in AAA industry. Let's hope that indie can rise above such titans as EA, Ubisoft and really jumpstart the industry again. I really hope that devs start creating art again, not money laundering schemes.
@@wadedewell just stop, let it die. They had so many chances and they pissed on the fans. So, it’s time move on and let someone else take over and let 343 die with their shit games.
I have more confidence in valve releasing half life 3 than i do have in 343 releasing a complete, working experience of a halo game Imagine if infinite was working perfectly, had all the content reach had, AND a battle royale at launch. I think that was the biggest opportunity to “bring halo back” and 343 unsurprisingly botched it. From the very first flight, just feeling how the game performed in pc, i knew we were in trouble. Just a hard pill to swallow
The one huge difference between Halo 5 and Infinite is that Infinite can be played on multiple platforms and is free to play. So while I agree they squandered an opportunity to really land a huge player base long term. Unlike Halo 5, there’s a good chance, players like myself who like Infinite, and liked all the previous Halo games, but are a little bored, will come back when new features are added. Whereas, Halo 5 wasn’t good enough to get me to buy an xbox and I’ve never even played it.
@@KnucklesWTD ehh maybe. MCC launched on PC in 2019, with Halo:Reach, which was already like 10 years old, then added 4 other games that were even older and eventually Halo 4, which was still like 7 or 8 years old. So that’s not really a good example.
back then halo released with hundreds of armor customizations (excluding ce), and now here we are with Halo Infinite with only like 10 armor, they're not even unlockable without paying for it first smh. Armor core is a mistake.
All the game modes missing from Infinite: King Of The Hill Assault Elimination Skullmanjaro VIP Elimination Super Fiesta Big Team Fiesta Grifball Infection Snipers 1v1 2v2 There might be more I'm missing but you get the point.
I find it ironic that everything that you said in FEBRUARY is still holding up in AUGUST. This game has added a total of 3 notable things so far; Campaign (should have with launch) and 2 new maps (in 8 months!! wow!!!) Also still no Roadmap from what I could see...
I haven't spent a single dollar on cosmetics. At all. Even though i badly want the Noble armors. Other than that, I just want a lot of maps and modes so I can play Halo Friday nights to unwind
I spent $10 on cosmetics, and I got no dopanime. I honestly think most cosmetics should be unlocked from the beginning, and ones that are not should be unlocked by doing things in-game.
It’s just boring. The ultimate Halo game doesn’t have the weapons that made Halo great, like the Spartan Laser, Carbine, Beam Rifle, etc.. The nostalgia is gone and I wish more people would bring this up.
I think the problem is 343 is still focused on following modern shooter trends instead of Halo standard content. It’s almost like 343 looked at other shooters and said, “well cod, Fortnite, etc. don’t have forge, infection, etc., so we’ll be fine without it.”
Waiting for a viable update. Played until January but was tired of being forced to play game modes I didn't wanna play. The lack of maps and similarity of some of the maps (looking at you big team) really made it repetitive
It’s insane how corporations are so desperate to make as much net profit that they don’t even bother hiring actual good devs/employees but then wonder why nobody plays their crappy games
I genuinely believe that video games these days are becoming too corporate. With publishers and marketing teams relying too much on statistics and trends to sell their games. Rather than letting a genuine idea be fully thought out and created for a game. As we have seen too often lately, games are released unfinished due to someone in command telling the devs to make a releasable build, with it always ending in disaster. Regardless, excellent video as always.
The only thing that's keeping this game going at 4,000-6000 players on average is loyalty, faith, and nostalgia. However, if history has proven anything, that only goes on for so long.
I think all your points are accurate, and your take is spot on. I also do think that arena shooters just aren't popular anymore, though. There have been so many released that are just dead on arrival - good, even great games that just never muster a player base. I was so happy to see Splitgate and Halo Infinite gain some traction, but I feel like both were short lived. When all three: Quake (Champions), Unreal Tournament (2016), and Halo (Infinite) - what I would say are the "big three" of arena shooters all fail to garner any long standing player base, I think we need to look at the genre as a whole. But I also want to add, I feel like Halo's player base is typically older than other popular games, like Fortnite or Call of Duty. And there are some consequences that come with that, at least in how it could impact a multiplayer game's player numbers. Many of us have disposable income now. We're able to afford more games, and therefore aren't just sticking with the same game as long anymore. Just myself, I've been retro gaming with the Rogue Squadron series, I got Pokemon Legends Arceus, Shadow Warrior 3 comes out tomorrow, the new Kirby comes out this month, I still play Doom Eternal a few times a week, I'm playing Demons Souls, Elden Ring and the new Horizon just came out. There are so many games being released, I don't really feel compelled to stay with the same multiplayer game forever anymore. I'll jump into Infinite when I'm feeling in the mood, but it's not something I'm playing every day, or every week. Hell, even when I'm in the mood for Halo, I still love Halo MCC, and prefer Halo 2 and 3 to Infinite still, so I sometimes chose to play that too. I also work a fulltime job, play in a band, have a social life, engage with other hobbies, and don't have the time to spend gaming for hours every day on the same game. Meanwhile, like you said there is a free to play market that Halo Infinite is trying to cater too that is INCREDIBLY competitive. You have Fortnite, PUBG, Valorant, COD Warzone, CSGO, League of Legends, Dota 2, Genshin Impact, Splitgate, Quake Champions, Path of Exile, Lost Ark, ect - even games like Yugioh Master Duel, and Mega Man X Dive all competing for people's time. The lack of content, bugs, performance issues, lack of road map, awful progression system, microtransactions, and lack of basic features is DEFINITELY a part of Halo Infinite's decline, but there are so many external factors contributing too, where I even if Infinite had all those features at launch, an amazing roadmap, great customization and progression, and anything else we want - I still don't know if that would be enough to retain high numbers long-term.
I took the 20 million+ unique users with a grain of salt because roughly more than half of those players are not being retained. The silver lining of this all is that at least the gameplay isn't' being complained about as much when you compare how Reach, 4, and 5 deviated too much from Halo's identity. The more "updates" we get in this game, the more I see that Infinite that should have been delayed. I agree with you on this and don't change your stance regardless of what the Waypoint kiddos and 343 defense force tell you. I can only speak for myself but there is a issue of burnout due to lack of content and anything new to do outside of the events/ranking up. Time to play some other games when and if 343 decides they want to add content to Halo Infinite.
I first started playing Halo when I was like 6 years old Halo saved me from depression it's sad that Halo 5 and Infinite don't have the magic the bungie games have.
In my opinion, I don't think the assault rifle is the issue here. Rather, I think it's actually a lot of the other weapons that are just too weak. For example, the s7 sniper SUCKS in this game compared to previous titles. For 1, it has a slight travel time for its projectile, making u have to lead some of your shots. 2, it has less ammo now. And 3, trying to get no-scope kills is a headache now, since it has bloom and almost 0 aim assist when hip firing. I'll come back later to discuss some issues with the other weapons.
Yeah like I'd be all right with no aim assist but to combo it with bloom and less ammo? Makes no sense to choose it over a shock rifle now. It also doesn't help that the hitbox is so inconsistent that hitting a head doesn't count sometimes
And let's see what else. Oh yeah, the pulse carbine, ravager, and disruptor are borderline useless (which I shouldn't have to explain why) and the gravity hammer is a shadow of its former self. U can't have the gravity hammer have both a slow wind up AND 0 jump boost.
Overpower / underpowered is purely based off the desired TTK. Buffing the other guns lowers the TTK and that's not halo. The s7 is complete trash though. Used to love it and it's just not worth picking up.
Could you imagine if 20 million people got their hands on Forge mode and custom games with a functioning browser and better social/community features? It would have been like Halo 3 all over again and THAT is what we mean by “we want Infinite to be like 3”
Halo Infinite is a good game but with it lacking so many features, gameplay modes and hardly any maps to play. It's dry not much reason to play it right now until future updates. Which I agree is the problem so much potential but very little content to the game.
My prediction is 343 wanted to delay it again but Microsoft said no. After 6 years, millions of dollars down the drain they literally ran out of budget to buy them time. It's truly pathetic how mismanaged 343 is, and it's been happening for decades with no reprecussions for top management. I'm starting to think it's pure corruption at this point, continued failures like this in any industry will get your head rolling in seconds for far more menial mistakes.
>barely anything to do >barely any social features >desync >crappy NetCode >melee and shots blanking >customs are broken >theatre is broken >no progression >the crappy ui >the awful store >no co-op >no forge >a lot of the maps are mediocre are that boring generic 3 lane design only one of the maps has any interactivity. >343’s complete contempt of the community
I love using SMG/AR in Previous halo, especially Halo 3’s assault rifle, because it was stupid and fun. But boy, the infinite AR is kinda too strong, since I was able to win against BRs at medium ranges.
Personally i dont think they give a shit. The entirety of season 2 could have been done by 2 of warframes developers in 2 weeks. And warframe devs are not only notoriously tone deaf but also care about money over everything. And somehow THEY are able to come up with more frequent and impactful updates. Insane.
I just didn't like enough of Infinite's maps. I just can't understand how they launched with so little content for multiplayer really. Sure, there are bugs, problems with the monetization, game balance, design decisions, etc, but the core issue is the maps (quality and lack thereof). The reason why it doesn't continue to grab me is because every time I play, I find myself wishing I was playing Halo 3 instead. You would think 343 would realize the value of having classic maps in their "we finally got it right, here's the nostalgia" Halo game.
I am so sick of incomplete live service trash. Split screen coop and offline multiplayer are essential to halo. 343 promised over and over halo will always have splitscreen and coop. They lied Playing coop when a new halo launches has been tradition for many years. Playing lan parties is also tradition.... 343 Bonnie Ross is the Kathleen kennedy of halo If we lose our way with halo we have lost our way with Xbox - Phil Spencer Xbox president
Theater mode being messy is a tell for how bad desync is. Desync is determined by how good the server/game is at predicting movement and how long that input delay is. Halo has a problem at both. The sync rate needs to be tightened and the game doesn't seem to be able to predict player movement accurately enough (look at melee registration, even enemies miss me equally much).
Jesus Christ, finally someone addressed the terrible PC performance issues !!!!!! Man, I've waited so long for this, everywhere I complain about this issue I get the same answer from braindead people over and over again "jUST BuY aN RtX 3080tisuperduper dUdE, iTs YoUr fAuLt fOr bEiNg pOOr aNd uNdEr tHe rEcOmMeNdED sPeCs" (I have a 1660 super btw 😂, it can run WAY BETTER looking games like RedDeadRedemption2, Battlefield 1 and even freaking Cyberpunk 2077 on high/ultra settings, while Infinite can't even run well on a GTX 1080ti at 1080p resolution, if that isn't an unoptimized mess of a game, I don't know what is). People just tell me to use the integrated upscaler, and it's sad that it has come to that, like, dude, shouldn't my 2019 pc run this game properly at 1080p? Is it really reasonable to ask for a new GPU in this day and age to play a game at a somewhat low resolution on at least medium settings? Thanks for addressing this topic man, most RUclipsrs with their Nvidia RTX 3080ti or Radeon RX 6000 (RDNA2) caliber GPUs and monster rigs don't seem to care about discussing a topic about something which doesn't affect them, but they fail to understand that the average gamer is still rocking GTX 1060 - 1070 level hardware.
Bungie, nay…”2000-2010 Bungie” was a lean, mean developer that wanted to make FUN games and didn’t care about investors/cash grabs. 343 is a garbage, corporate cluster. Bungie had the magic, 343 will never be able to reproduce it.
If we had forge and a custom game server browser, players wouldn't be jumping ship over content. We could still create our own gametypes to play, our own maps, and our own minigames like the old days. It wouldn't matter if we had an official content drought or not because there'd always be something different to do. I fully expect Halo Infinite to revive when Forges comes out, but if it doesn't, then it has failed. I doubt even an official battle royal mode could save it at that point. 343 has learned very little from Halo 5 and they are paying to price for it now. Halo just isn't halo without forge anymore.
I am so fucking tired of Battle Royals. I cannot explain to you the amount of times I've seen people look at any game and say, unironically. "Hey so uh, when's this gonna have a battle royale?"
Not to mention how 343 cares more to make poor development of this game and putting more store buyables than actually caring about halo wars 2,an actual good game. The game was literally unplayable for 2-3 days and all they had to say was literally use the Russia-Ukrania conflict as an excuse for not doing their work.
People may put a knife against my throat when I say this but the game shouldn't went free to play, yes it's a good idea and it will open up to more people but it should have stayed at 60$ at launch and it should have adopted some features from MCC and it should have gotten another delay to it for it to be complete with it launching at 60$ to buy and it being launched on game pass too it wouldn't have the store issue it might have a full progression system and it will be rewarding to grind to get rewarded cosmetics like MCC its self it did have a rough launch but not as bad as MCC but if the game launched adopting stuff from MCC yet it is hard trying to satisfy new and old players with all these things I'm saying but I do agree what you're saying
It's not bewildering to be honest, there's not that much content for players who get easily bored, and this is a halo game. We Need forge at the least so the community can keep the game alive by creating new maps for bored people to play.
343 hired people who hate halo to form the core of the studio. Bonnie Ross is just like Anita sarkessian. 343 has failed with everything they touch. They can't respect halo not make a proper faithful version. No player collision, everything is off from damage with any weapon or vehicle, severely lacking content compared to any previous proper halo. Severely lacking things that were always available at launch. The guys at splitgate should continue the series. I fing hate 343 and pray they burn to the ground and go out of business
I am tempted to leave Infinite because the netcode is atrocious, and true skill 2 makes the game absolutely boring and miserable to play for me as an onyx player. These two combine to make Infinite an experience where the game wants me to either play against all onyx players all the time, even in stupid casual modes like Fiesta, or it wants me to carry three teammates going 0-15. All while the netcode is borderline unplayable even on 20 ping. Bonnie Ross, Frank O'Conner et all need to be fired. All the top level brass. I don't even care about content... I'm not bored of Halo 3 in the MCC and I've been playing that for 14 years. But the netcode and particular form of SBMM are FUBAR in this game and 343 doesn't seem to care.
By the way, the GTX 1060 crashing is usually because of a visual effect when you respawn. Putting your Effects setting to Low (maybe could get away with Medium too) stops that specific common crash. On my 1060 6 GB, it cut my total crashes down to like 30%. Still not acceptable but certainly a big improvement.
The only issue is no elite cores or brute cores, customisable armor nothing atm small amount, few maps, forge, speed drop we have overshield and camouflage, more weapons carried over from halo 5, custom games lobby search, infection, warzone, firefight(flood), banshee takes massive damage from tapping objects and it's special weapon swap is weaker than a rocket or just has a smaller impact, co-op I think that's it
I pre-ordered Halo Infinite. I played both multiplayer reviews and then some multiplayer games when the game was released. I have not played the campaign or multiplayer ever since simply because there is no co-op campaign. I wanted to play with my friends and have fun as we did back with Halo 2 and every other halo game besides 4 (5 not on PC and I'm not going to play it on my Xbox). I can't blame my lack of playing on Halo alone tho. Ever since I started making games myself, I sort of lost the drive to play games.
Tin Foil hat time: Microsoft wants Halo to die, like EA wanted Titan Fall to die. Both companies know they couldn't monetize the game to their liking and both games didn't have strong twitch numbers.
I stopped playing almost a month ago after i realized how much is missing from the game, not just maps, game modes, weapons and other stuff, but the small details that the original bungie games had and made the games so special. Worse of all is the time it takes for them to fix even the most trivial of shit in the game, the fact that it took them a month to fix BTB and still couldn't increase the slayer score from 100 to 150 made me lose all hope i still had. Just sad, really sad.
The issues are that the customization content is just gay a lot of the time, and secondarily that the game punishes you for not spending your real life dollars. It would make me feel better if they just charged the real amount of money that they want out of the "battle pass" rather than then trying to double dip with a store.
When you add weapons that have no flavor/ iconic looks and they’re all one shot kills and add sprint to the core gameplay, Make vehicles weak as hell, and don’t even have standard big team battles, you’ll never have people stick to the game.
"Why Are Halo Players Abandoning Halo Infinite?" because halo is obsolete at this point halo is a retro fps and the new generation of gamers is not interested in that kind of gameplay.
Thank you for being one of the only real halo community voices out here. Always giving us how it is whether we like it or not. I, a classic halo fan, am among 343 fans in my group of friends and I told all of them as far back as 2020: "The game looks unfinished, Halo doesn't need an open world, free to play will undoubtedly lead to lack of content and predatory monetization systems" and they ignored me and mocked me calling me a dumb old halo head whos nostalgia-blind. While it is satisfying to be proven right, I'm still sad to see a franchise i loved from 2001-2010 go so far downhill.
Could be due to the fact when Halo was peaking it was a older generation that's grown up and probably starting or deep into the family life now, thus not having the time. Newer generations didn't grew up with it, as thus it's not as appealing for the majority of most playing gamers. This is not me saying the game should be fortnite or something, but that dwindling player base might be going back to games they have grown up with.
Barely touched Infinite after beating the campaign on Heroic and finishing the Season 1 Pass but I do check to see what store items are cool enough to worth spending money on or not, I would only come back to play everyday when Co-op, Forge, Firefight, more game modes, expanded bot support and Campaign Expansions are added into the game.
Players are leaving Halo because 343 are DOGSHIT at making Halo games. Its that simple. Hardcore Halo fans dont like the undeniable deviation to Halos rock solid foundation, and newer players prefer the undistilled version of the games Halo has now ripped off! Ive been screaming this since H4! In its pure form, Halo would still be unique and enjoyable. Now its a melting pot of bullshit!
Classic Halo gameplay is outdated. (Halo peaked 10 years ago) Same thing happened with gears of War. They didnt evolve with the times. It's not 2008 anymore where Halo had a lock on the fps genre. Lots of better games thay respect my time and money.
@@manz7860 I agree theres better games to play then Infinite. Wether or not Halos gameplay is outdated is purely subjective, but Id personally rather play H2/3 over ANYTHING 343 released. Evolving with "the times" to me is making a franchise like another franchise. Not worth it. 343 should have never been a thing. Modern day Halo is like modern day Metallica. 10 years beyond the grave!
Im just tired of 343 lying and delaying everything. Maybe if they didnt hire so many blue hair weirdos, they might actually have employees with a good work ethic and get shit done.
Halo Infinite has convinced me that Halo 4 was a fluke. It wasn't perfect, but the quality it had was phenomenal, the story and the gameplay were well polished and the content drops were amazing. For me, 343 went from a bunch of misunderstood artists trying to tell a more humane story with more intimate stakes and consequences, to a bunch of crowd pleasers with no artistic integrity.
It’s simple. They didn’t give us forge, they didn’t give us infected, they took away attrition and randomly give back fiesta. All we want is more maps and game modes. They haven’t even given us a release schedule or told us what’s coming. The game was seemingly abandoned by the devs so it’s no surprise the players are abandoning it too.
I left very early on because it was obvious that it wasn’t going to get any support, if it releases with all the modes and a real progression system I can see myself still playing this game, but even if they add it now I’m not going back because of the first impressions
They've slowly been adding maps and just recently added progression leveling. From the first day I played I said it would probably be a good game in five years. I've been playing it lately (after a very long intermission just playing MCC) and I'd say they're getting there.
Months before this game launched rumors of it being plagued with issues surfaced. Now the issues are staring us in the face. If we had forge at launch even with all the issues this game has people would stay through the BS for the amount of fun and content the community would create. Delaying a mode that gives the community the ability to generate content for your game has left halo in a stale state. We can only breathe so much hopium before we are starved of oxygen
One of the biggest issue there isn't a reason to play daily, as soon as the weekly reward is done I'm done for the week, if they added a ranking system like reach, h5, and mcc has I would be more inclined to jump on daily Battle pass is beyond done and nothing to really do anymore
Excellent analysis- it's definitely unfortunate. Whoof, it feels like just yesterday I reiterated multiple times to a lad that Infinite's PC performance alone was bad. Yikes.
Here we are 7 Months after this video and still delay after delay or not coming at all. There is something 343 isn’t telling us. No way they didn’t know it would be this way. Also remember the game was already delayed a year so we are almost 2 years since original launch and it’s nowhere near a finished game.
Lmao I called this months ago when I was deciding on selling my PC or keeping it solely to play this game. If anyone is familiar with American history then you’d understand this isn’t a sovereign government, it’s a corporation and is ran as such. The dollar is god and artistic integrity is dead.
The franchise is running on good faith, franchise loyalty and nostalgia. The reality of the situation is that there's much more competition in this day and age and other shooters are currently doing it better. That's not to say it wont recover, but there's much more fun games to play right now with Infinite in the state that it is.
Oh yes yes battlefield 2042 and cod vanguard are doing it wayyyy better
@@bobbobinson2649 I'm talking about Apex tbh, the gunplay and smoothness is worlds apart. Microsoft literally dominates PC's and they can't even optimise their game for the platform.
Sadly I'd rather play CoD, better competitive play and more casual based and a good progression and sandbox
See ya bois
@@TheJoviLovi Agreed, I don't even play Apex competitively and as a total scrub its still 100x more fun than Halo right now
@@TheManOnTheStreetOMG Yeah, besides the camping, hackers and cheaters, it's much better than Halo.
Little did we know that the 10 years plan was the time it would take to fix and complete the game
@@KDelta-5 nah, i'm moving to cod, bye Halo. You did good...
@@KDelta-5 The sad story of Halo MCC is repeating itself
@@goat671 MCC is GOAT
They really need to drop the plan of drip feeding players content. Not to me tion the entire system Halo Infinite is built on is designed to push players to the store
They could have placed a progression system seperate from the BP and challenge system, but that would mean Ayers would have less motivation to buy from the store.
They could have launched with cross core customization, but they intentionally locked stuff to each core so they could look at what armor players wear the most to recreate that armor peice for another core and resell it
Than they took away custom colors, took it a step further and only gave players 10 of the default colors from Halo 5 and paywalled the others.
I think Microsoft are the ones mismanaging it
They are the ones that made and ultimately control 343.
343 is an extension of Microsoft at this point
I see your point in all this
But unless you were playing with someone else by any chance, but if not then those pre-game lobbies were pretty annoying and somewhat useless since all you had was people mindlessing screaming at each other
I'm not saying that I don't want it too be added in future updates, but there's probably far more important elements of the game that needs to implemented first honestly
@@phoenixv2460 That screaming and yelling at each other was prime entertainment. Also in older games you got to vote for the next map to play on, another feature taken away by 343i.
@ClipTy and @CrunchyWolf
I see all of your points in terms of the overall entertainment point of view, but same can't be said ween you have people literally yelling and screaming at each other on MAX volume
Features and Elements that are both "questionable" but just so happen too be memorably hilarious at times
I'm not saying that bringing these features back is necessary a bad thing by any means
I just hope ween implemente, we have additional options too both Enable and Disable them
On PC, voice chat is on by default
@@ToxicTerrance "343 should go out of business"
you realize MS own 343...right?
@@ToxicTerrance HEY! The MCC team (and yes, it is a separate team) has finally got their shit together. MCC is actually doing really well for what it is.
the only tread they followed tbh is repeating past issues and somehow making them all worse over the years.
idk whos running this shitshow, but they probably should look for work in another field
Especially when you factor in that battlefield and COD... it's two biggest competitors gave 343 the W on a silver platter but they tossed it away
I stopped playing because it doesn't have Infection or Firefight. A progression system needs to be added but the lack of maps and game modes killed it
Ikr? Also, why no Co-op?
yeah bruh if they added these two game modes the game could have lasted a while . Those are the top modes that were the most fun
Then waiting 2 months and dropping support
My biggest issue with Infinite is that I'm playing on Xbox 1, and the low framerate is somewhat limiting in multiplayer, esp. BTB. I never played any 343 Halo titles, but I have thousands of hours in Destiny, and somehow they made shooting feel just as good, even without ADS and hand cannons.
I don't have any fps problems on the xbone s.
Thank you
Imagine if they gave original bungie 500,000,000 dollars and 6 years.
The only thing gaming corporations are good at anymore is lying in marketing.
I knew that naming yourself after the character that betrayed Chief and murdered Johnson would bite them in the ass, so far its bitten then in the ass for all of their mainline games.
no significant novelties
BIG update.
What wildlife? Halo 3 had more wildlife in their rats than this.
Didn't a 3rd Party port the MCC to PC?
Maybe Microsoft should put that studio in charge.
@@Marinealver Yep, Saber Interactive, who helped developed the original engines for Bungie, played a big part in the porting effort.

@@Jhoto ?
@@youtubeaccount697 it came off worse than i meant it. Just that the "meta" or highest ranked players are playing infinite and MCC is the opposite where people want to go and play infection and grifball.
@@Jhoto I get what you mean, and it is true that new games tend to be where competitive players move to. I do hope Infinite gets new content. For those on MCC there is not really any new content but there is still some ranked modes to play
@@jacobbrooker8584 i hear ya. Well regardless enjoy your Friday hope you can game all night !
343 still has an honesty problem when it comes to the features and offers the say they want to provide, and what they do in reality.
I never even tried the multiplayer because I felt there was no point with how little content there was and the fact that probably a majority of the cosmetics I would want were going to be paywalled because "lIVe ServIcE"
You made a good decision bud.
@@abe2funny It been a long time since then, it's pretty good. Also extremely painful.
Ya they better make this good if they want us to play this co on please delay it to make sure you fix all the bad issues we hate
I love seeing 343 fail , please let another studio give it a shot!

I have more confidence in valve releasing half life 3 than i do have in 343 releasing a complete, working experience of a halo game
Imagine if infinite was working perfectly, had all the content reach had, AND a battle royale at launch.
Wdym different platforms?

They will come back and quit just like mcc
@@KnucklesWTD ehh maybe. MCC launched on PC in 2019, with Halo:Reach, which was already like 10 years old, then added 4 other games that were even older and eventually Halo 4, which was still like 7 or 8 years old. So that’s not really a good example.
I've never played 5 either and Im an og halo fan.

I find it ironic that everything that you said in FEBRUARY is still holding up in AUGUST. This game has added a total of 3 notable things so far; Campaign (should have with launch) and 2 new maps (in 8 months!! wow!!!)
Also still no Roadmap from what I could see...

The nostalgia is gone and I wish more people would bring this up.
you forgot the dmr
I think the problem is 343 is still focused on following modern shooter trends instead of Halo standard content. It’s almost like 343 looked at other shooters and said, “well cod, Fortnite, etc. don’t have forge, infection, etc., so we’ll be fine without it.”
Waiting for a viable update. Played until January but was tired of being forced to play game modes I didn't wanna play. The lack of maps and similarity of some of the maps (looking at you big team) really made it repetitive
Halo had a standard, and 343 has been missing the mark since H4.

Infinite BS 👀
343 didn't understand the assignment 🥲
They didn't follow the rubric, didn't pay attention in class and paid mfs to write their essays for them lmao
@@boogie1434 exactly. I blame online class.
@@nickguzman1734 exactly
And let's see what else. Oh yeah, the pulse carbine, ravager, and disruptor are borderline useless (which I shouldn't have to explain why) and the gravity hammer is a shadow of its former self. U can't have the gravity hammer have both a slow wind up AND 0 jump boost.
@@korvasslade8756 change in gh mechanics pretty much destroyed any chance of grifball too

Destiny 2 has completely overtaken my gaming life with their new expansion. I’d suggest you guys check it out while 343 gets their shit together.

I haven't uninstalled the game, but I also haven't played it in at least a week. Can't remember exactly. Elden Ring just came out and it's amazing.
I am so sick of incomplete live service trash. Split screen coop and offline multiplayer are essential to halo. 343 promised over and over halo will always have splitscreen and coop. They lied
Playing coop when a new halo launches has been tradition for many years. Playing lan parties is also tradition....
343 Bonnie Ross is the Kathleen kennedy of halo
If we lose our way with halo we have lost our way with Xbox - Phil Spencer Xbox president
No halo is not outdated. Splitgate is a popular game and it plays a lot like halo.
Bungie, nay…”2000-2010 Bungie” was a lean, mean developer that wanted to make FUN games and didn’t care about investors/cash grabs. 343 is a garbage, corporate cluster. Bungie had the magic, 343 will never be able to reproduce it.
Agreed
If we had forge and a custom game server browser, players wouldn't be jumping ship over content. We could still create our own gametypes to play, our own maps, and our own minigames like the old days. It wouldn't matter if we had an official content drought or not because there'd always be something different to do. I fully expect Halo Infinite to revive when Forges comes out, but if it doesn't, then it has failed. I doubt even an official battle royal mode could save it at that point. 343 has learned very little from Halo 5 and they are paying to price for it now. Halo just isn't halo without forge anymore.
2 words:
ELDEN RING
I am so fucking tired of Battle Royals. I cannot explain to you the amount of times I've seen people look at any game and say, unironically. "Hey so uh, when's this gonna have a battle royale?"
Not to mention how 343 cares more to make poor development of this game and putting more store buyables than actually caring about halo wars 2,an actual good game.
The game was literally unplayable for 2-3 days and all they had to say was literally use the Russia-Ukrania conflict as an excuse for not doing their work.
Very epic Seinfeld reference intro. Extremely bing chilling!
Take this franchise out of 343 hands immediately
It's not bewildering to be honest, there's not that much content for players who get easily bored, and this is a halo game. We Need forge at the least so the community can keep the game alive by creating new maps for bored people to play.
“The assault rifle is over powered!” Oh come on not another one
343 hired people who hate halo to form the core of the studio.
Bonnie Ross is just like Anita sarkessian.
343 has failed with everything they touch. They can't respect halo not make a proper faithful version.
No player collision, everything is off from damage with any weapon or vehicle, severely lacking content compared to any previous proper halo. Severely lacking things that were always available at launch.
The guys at splitgate should continue the series.
I fing hate 343 and pray they burn to the ground and go out of business
Bonnie Ross, Susan Wojcicki, Kathleen Kennedy... All unworthy women holding absolute power just because they're women. Makes me sick.
I just took a long break 2 days ago to play and finish Dark Souls 3
AR, battle rifle, pistol, sniper, skewer, mangler, energy sword I can name all of em but no the only trash gun in this game is the commando
The only issue is no elite cores or brute cores, customisable armor nothing atm small amount, few maps, forge, speed drop we have overshield and camouflage, more weapons carried over from halo 5, custom games lobby search, infection, warzone, firefight(flood), banshee takes massive damage from tapping objects and it's special weapon swap is weaker than a rocket or just has a smaller impact, co-op I think that's it
Commando for me is usable, but the Raveger is practically as useful as a bladeless knife.
I'd agree but then the stupid show is coming out.
I'm leaning more towards incompetence rather than MS trying to kill their golden goose
It’s because of the lack of forge and custom games, which were the heart of the Halo experience
No new content...
When you add weapons that have no flavor/ iconic looks and they’re all one shot kills and add sprint to the core gameplay,
Make vehicles weak as hell, and don’t even have standard big team battles, you’ll never have people stick to the game.
"Why Are Halo Players Abandoning Halo Infinite?"
because halo is obsolete
at this point halo is a retro fps and the new generation of gamers is not interested in that kind of gameplay.
It’s also and unfinished mess
Thank you for being one of the only real halo community voices out here. Always giving us how it is whether we like it or not. I, a classic halo fan, am among 343 fans in my group of friends and I told all of them as far back as 2020: "The game looks unfinished, Halo doesn't need an open world, free to play will undoubtedly lead to lack of content and predatory monetization systems" and they ignored me and mocked me calling me a dumb old halo head whos nostalgia-blind. While it is satisfying to be proven right, I'm still sad to see a franchise i loved from 2001-2010 go so far downhill.
Halo deserves to burn in a dumpster fire. This coming from someone who a actually liked 4 and 5. What 343 did is just baffling.

Halo is a corpse, stitched together at this point. The core was gutted, and the shell propped up.
I left after 2021 Christmas. This game, like 343 themselves, lacks direction or anything truly special.

Most the people who worked on halo 4 probably left the company already
I’m starting to think that 343i only have like 6 people working on this game and this is why they take so much time to do anything.
I’m not going to give up on this game. There is so much potential for what it could be. I strongly believe forge will revive halo infinite
No
It’s simple.
If we had forge at launch even with all the issues this game has people would stay through the BS for the amount of fun and content
the community would create. Delaying a mode that gives the community the ability to generate content for your game has left halo in a stale state.
We can only breathe so much hopium before we are starved of oxygen
One of the biggest issue there isn't a reason to play daily, as soon as the weekly reward is done I'm done for the week, if they added a ranking system like reach, h5, and mcc has I would be more inclined to jump on daily
Battle pass is beyond done and nothing to really do anymore
Excellent analysis- it's definitely unfortunate. Whoof, it feels like just yesterday I reiterated multiple times to a lad that Infinite's PC performance alone was bad. Yikes.
Here we are 7 Months after this video and still delay after delay or not coming at all. There is something 343 isn’t telling us. No way they didn’t know it would be this way. Also remember the game was already delayed a year so we are almost 2 years since original launch and it’s nowhere near a finished game.
You’re wrong about one thing, Titanfall 2 didn’t fail because it was too fast pace, it failed because of marketing
After the release of Halo Infinite be like:
Microsoft: "Just do what you want after release. I'll pay anyways"
343 studios: *lights up blunts*
Lmao I called this months ago when I was deciding on selling my PC or keeping it solely to play this game. If anyone is familiar with American history then you’d understand this isn’t a sovereign government, it’s a corporation and is ran as such. The dollar is god and artistic integrity is dead.
