As it's all so large, they can't release it for free because then they'd lose a LOT of money (as in, it'll cost up into six figures just to LOCALIZE it all), so we'd get it in three DLC packs that cost $3.99 apiece. For extra events, brand new bachelor(ette)s, special events, and new outfits and children, this is a great price! Let's make this the official "DLC support" comment chain and show XSeed that we support them in this endeavor!

OK, so I was looking at XSeed's Tumblr, and they said in Loc. #1 that full-time translators are expected to translate at LEAST 125,000 Japanese characters per month; Loc. Blog...#2, I think (the one that explains the DLC situation) the DLC is over 200,000 characters. The way they worded that IMPLIES that it's between 200K and 300K, but XSeed would have to verify that... That means that it could potentially only take a couple of months to localize the DLC if they went all in on it with all their resources, but of course they have other games to do as well. However, this also means that we could get the DLC packs very early! It's sort of a glimmer of hope!
Most definitely! XSeed did a great job with RF4 and SoS, and I'd much rather have their quicker, cleaner translations than Natsume's glitchy, late translations. And you KNOW that we'd never get the DLC if it were up to Natsume... Much less the game in this year! XSeed is my favorite localization company, even though I only know of a few (Nintendo Treehouse, Atlus USA, XSeed, Natsume, and whoever does Pokemon) because they stay true to the source material while localizing cultural references and differences for the North American audience (See the "Great Fruit Fiasco," haha.) and at the same time NOT making it disgustingly child-friendly like Natsume would- seriously, Natsume, most kids have heard of wine! So I would definitely buy all three packs, even if I never end up marrying Woofio, Stephanie, or Inari. I want to support such a great company! It's just hard because you play through the game with just one marriage candidate, and then if you want to start another file to try a different love interest, you have to go through everything all over again, lol. I wish there could be enough save files for each one of them.
When you finish the game on your first file, and then you start a second one, there will be two more personalities to choose from. One of them makes it so you get all of your money back and stuff you've already gotten from the first file. :)

Rachel Aviona he may look weak but in the game he's canon stronger than the main character. In a cutscene with Ludus the MC beats him in like a fake sword fight with sticks so MC is stronger than Ludus, who's a carpenter pretty much. Then in a cutscene with Yuzuki someone asks you to carry boxes or something and the MC can barely lift them and Yuzuki picks them all up for her. (This is a romance event so) idk if this is like an Easter egg or just an inconsistency but I thought it might interest you.
I know I changed my mind after playing the game lol. I love the cutscene when they hangout in the veranda. But I already with Ford and getting ready to marry :))

To be honest, I'm not really that impressed with the bachelors. They all look so feminine and childish. Whatever happened to facial hair and bulk/weight? Ludus is the only one close to decent. Maybe I'm just getting too old for these games -_- P.S. I'm not trying to offend anyone, these are simply MY opinions.
Your opinions can be offensive and it doesn't mean just because you say it's your opinion, you should be let off for it or let yourself continue to be ignorant because it's 'just an opinion.' If you say it out loud/type it out, then you should be ready for a reply. Don't try to protect yourself just by saying 'it's an opinion', it's a bad mindset to have, you're basically telling people ' I won't change no matter the facts you might say', then what's the point of saying your own opinion.
