As an Hispanic my body hair tends to grow in a lot darker, including the peach fuzz on my face, so it often looks like I have a mustache, kids in elementary used to call me mustache girl i'm currently in my sophomore year and I recently discovered that people were calling me mustache girl again last year, I had felt so glad it was over for the longest time but knowing it was still happening is just, wow

I had an incredibly similar experience. I was mostly bullied for the hair on my upper lip. But people would also make comments about the hair on my chin, and the hair that would grow on my mole(thats on the right side of my chin. Now, I use facial razors constantly to make sure you can't see a single bit of peach fuzz above my lip, on my chin, or on my mole.
Also, because of my mole, long and thin hair, olive skin, and face shape, people started saying I looked like a witch.

I was always fine with my nose until someone pointed out how big it was. Now, it became my greatest insecurity and the worst thing is that I couldn't hide it since it was the first thing people looked at. (that's why i enjoy wearing face masks)

zame with me i tried some nose execmrcises and one day i was feeling some pain in my nose and my dad said that you have broken your nose and now your nose will be crooked thankfully that was not the case now i am ok with my nose
So I find it important to remember people look at the face as a whole
The first thing they look at will most likely not be the first thing you look for in your self portraits hoping it’s not terribly visible.
I remember going into my 2nd grade year at elementary school with zero to no insecurities as I wasn't looking at myself or going onto beauty parts of social media. I was in music class and we were going over notes and whatnot when a boy named Ryker said "your neck and arms are hairy! You're like a gorilla!" That's when I started shaving my legs, arms and hands (i had knuckle hair too which was uncommon for a girl in my school) and wearing hoodies to school. So Ryker, if you're reading this, respectful rot in hell

As someone who works with kids, I can attest. I’m also short. 5 ft as a 19 yo. Kids like to point out how they are “almost as tall” as me. freakin second graders.

I'm 5 month away from being 14 and I'm like 5'10 and constantly growing every winter by 2 or 3 inches. Am I taller than average? I am taller than my father by an inch or so already.
@@oishibaking I'm 20 now at 169cm (didnt grow since I was 15) and went to an all boys high school in South Africa, I had a small group of really great friends but they were all over 185cm. It really hurt my self esteem and I hated my height when I was 14, now that I'm comfortable with myself, I don't give a doodoo about my height or what other people think about it. It's not something you can change and as you grow older you understand and accept that fact. I found that for me, developing other aspects of yourself that you can change will make you more comfortable with yourself. For me it was hitting the gym, getting a few muscles did wonders for my height insecurities.
You're still young and will probably grow way taller during puberty so don't stress over height too much ^^. Wish you the best mate!

My biggest insecurity is coming off as boring. Mostly because I'm a socially awkward fuck, and I have a hard time expressing myself to new people, so I have no idea what to say or how to say it. Things are so much easier online
I had the same problem, I also thought too much about my jokes and if people find it funny or not. But now I say fuck it, I say what I find funny. I got some self confidence and with that the jokes come across funnier. Hard to express what I want to say in english... What I mean is thinking less about certain things is necessary sometimes
