I just followed your tutorial and love how my nail turned out😀. I did find delicate ran in to my side walls quite quickly. I only did the one nail, any suggestions. I use shine-on no wipe top coat☺. So glad I found this video, easiest baby boomer I've done. Yay!!! 😊💅
Jessica thanks for introducing me to this gel line. I've looked at your website and was wondering if you could clarify what gels I should try for a heavy lifter. Is it adhere, then options, or is it opti bond and then options clear? Thanks so much for your advice.
hello i think she said on this video 1.adhere and enhance 2. natural clear and opti 3 option crystal clear and opti she uses 3 for flexible nail or lifter customer 2 for most of the customer
Thats correct. My lifters that don't do perfect with natural and optibond I'll try them in optibond and Options Crystal clear and see if flexibility is what they need. :)
Hello, I just started to use Luxio and have a problem. After curing the top coat for 2 min under OPI pro lamp it partially comes off and not so shiny. I am cleaning just with alcohol. Any suggestions?
OPI lamps are terrible. Brand new they still cause problems for people. Switch to a quality lamp or you will see more problems than just with your top gloss. Sorry!
@@janinasirunaviciute5888 I can confirm Akzentz and LE Chat luminux lamps both work great. I can’t test every lamp Out there. Luxio of course recommends akzentz lamps.
Hey it’s me again…I’m having some issues trying to use trinity. When my client returns their polish is flaking off and the product seems very gummy when I go to remove for fill. Maybe that’s just the difference in feel of the product from changing from acrylic to hard gel. Am I not curing it long enough possibly before putting the polish on? Again I’m new to hard gels. I’ve never had a problem with the polish flaking or peeling off when I’m using acrylic.
@@RealWorldNailsLuvNailz hey there it’s me again! Can you help me with some trouble shooting concerning trinity? I just don’t understand what I’m doing wrong. I prep, well and lay down a thin layer of trinity and then polish. But when they come back and I go to remove the polish the trinity just pops off in large pieces. I thought this layer was supposed to stay on and then refill the growth area but it’s all coming off in pieces especially at the free edges. My bit will catch a piece and it will all come off. Am I putting to thin a coat? This is for like a 30 day mani. I’m sorry to keep bothering you.
@@PurpleRocks31for sure sounds like it’s not bonding or curing properly. I’d need to know what’s under it. Are you putting it over acrylic or on the natural nail. Acrylic won’t bond well so if it’s not sticking you need to remove that. If it’s on the natural nail, how are you prepping? What are you using the cleanse the nail? Are you using primers or other bonders? And last what lamp are you using to cure with? All of these can cause significant lift if they are an issue.
So because you're using gel polish , & capping the free edge ... When you file at the end , and fix your shape .. does it not peel since you have now created a nail that is not capped ?
+Cheyenne Bradley no it's not a problem. Products that have that problem are moody! I have lots of clients who have to shorten between services and if that happened people's nails would be a mess. Good product shouldn't do that :)
Thanks! I do tend to work faster than some techs, which is why I created this channel! So people can see how I do it :) New set with forms will take 90 min on average. More or less depending on length and design. The refill is 60 min- 75 min (75 min if longer nails or a lot of art)
Yes, I'm not sure why it wasn't there before! After the 30 day manicure hard gel layer, Use Luxio Dreamy for the white and Luxio Delicate for the pink.
Do you have any issues with Delicate streaking? I find that I must stir it REALLY well with a stir stick before application, and sometimes then it pools and streaks :((
Hello :) im kinda new to your channel and website. i have one question ! Whats the difference between akzentz classic uv line vs pro performance led line ? Is it only uv and led lamp difference ? Thank you🙂
The main difference is the lamp. But the chemistry of the gels are different as a result... the proformance have different viscosities and are harder. What techs decide to use in the salon depends on their own preference of which gel they fine works best the way that they do nails.
Jessica I want you to be my teacher! You are amazing! I hope I can be as half as good as you!

Beautiful 💜What color are you wearing,,.??
Its a custom color I layered. As soon as I have a client who wants it, I'll be able to video about it :)

That sounds strongly of an under curing issue.

Rochelle Nilson-huntley that’s so nice! Thanks :)

Also wondering if Luxio "Coy" would work well in place of Dreamy? :)
Oh never! Maybe pound it on your fist for a bit to get it blended more? I use it so much that a pound or two before I use it is all it needs.
Yes coy works great!
