This is truly the BEST review I've seen out all of the resort review. Most people pump their own music into the reviews, so you don't know how peaceful and tranquil the resort is, or if they blare club music non-stop around the pool. Thanks for doing this review. This has been great.
Great review. Your honesty showed us that although this resort has a lot of good things, it's not for us. Which is what you want a review to show you, then you can make a decision what's best for you. What killed it for us...is the food quality.
Was there ever a long wait for a restaurant? In my experience with all-inclusives, I would leave the beach/pool at 4:30, hurry home to shower to be ready to get in line before 6! I didn’t seem to pick up on that vibe from your review. Not having to rush would be lovely.

Where did you guy fly in? We land in Cozumel and I’m worried about getting to the airport in time.
Did you book transfers? If so they will tell you the time to leave.

We don't really have one. We have been enjoying ones that are adult-only or at least have an adult-only pool!

I go soon… is there a dress code for dinner? If so, is it at certain restaurants or is it even enforced? I can’t find it anywhere online.
Basically, no swimsuits. They say no shorts for men, but definitely not enforced. Enjoy your trip!

how late is the pool/pool bar open?
was room service included in the all inclusive package?
6pm for the pool bar. They don’t kick you out of the pool, but the bar does close.
How much was the Privilage upgrade please ?
I booked it as a package and the prices vary depending on when you travel. I’d be happy to give you a quote if you have dates in mind.
