At 19 he was already showing how a team have to gel and play in all different positions and work very hard, defend etc
If Roy had stayed with Forest when they were relegated he probably would have single-handedly brought them back up to the top

the thing is he got involved in the game, he was rough and raw, but got involved...you always heard his name. Now compare that to Mactominay (coulda named anyone in the modern team), who hides from the game, you never notice they're playing, but you always notice they're woefully out of position for any goals conceded..
