Actually I am a Korean. You guys don’t need to try to distinguish 에,애 🤣🤣. Even Korean they can not distinguish exactly. It will be better to distinguish through the context more than pronunciation. This is my opinion as one of Koreans.
How can it become hard to distinguish?
어 and 오 still easy to distinguish, but 에,애, 에 애 외 is very hard to distinguish 🥲.
But it's okay.
thank you 😭
this is such a relief i've been stressing over my duolingo so hard
it's like the difference between "wh" and "w" in english. there is a historical distinction but they are pronounced the same now a days.
your romanization on the quiz threw me a loop as I know official romanization well
How to know that which one write when ? This is still make me confuse while writing something
감사합니다 선생님🙇🏼♀️🙇🏼♀️🙇🏼♀️
안녕하세요 예쁜 선생님, actually yuo read my mind here. because I have been trying to see the different between (에, 애) and(ㅒ, ㅖ) it's easy-to-use now that you elaborated it. the most important is understanding them better, and I think that conjugations, and turning vocabularies in to verbs or nouns help to know where they should be. 너무 감사합니다, 탄자니아에서 많이 사랑해요. 🇹🇿🇰🇷
Thank you for your message. I am glad that I clear your confusion!

lmao as a native korean speaker (but raised in america) i got the spellings for the 3 words all wrong lmao
다행이에요
E and Ä/AE. As a Swedish native speaker I think it’s easy to distinguish but I didn’t know Koreans don’t differentiate between them that much 😮
네 when being polite is pronounced more like ”ne” but casually it sounds like ”nae”
이 질문은 계속 되더군요. 정말 잘 정리해 주셨어요.
감사합니다♡
