    That's a serious W for Creality in my opinion. It was clearly your fault (don't mean this in a judging way, could happen to all of us), and they still offered free replacement. Thanks for sharing this experience. :D

      i checked some other pics of this printer and turns out the cable bracer/protector/strain relief thing is like that on every unit.. that looks weird and not safe but yeah, you are right

    They would of probably let you buy the replacements or atleast they have for me before. They sent me this link to a thing i had to buy where I had to set the price of the item lol

      Interesting. They only told me where I could buy the print bed until they offered the free replacements.
