@kirklanyoshinaga8953 Field officer is just a job title. It's someone that works in the field, out away from the office. He's "out" from the consulate, doesn't make him an assassin or soldier the way Jason is. He goes "out" to do questioning. Check out tv shows like "Border Security" to see what the officers doing questioning does. So it's not unusual at all that he was unprepared for the kind of thing Jason can do. And FYI there are other "field" jobs, like "field researcher". An officer could be any type of officer. People working in a lab are called "technical officers" and at the hospital, doctors are formally called "medical officers".

I always buy office cabinets exactly half an inch lower than my room's door handle. Just in case I'd have to lock an FBI agent in.
Yeah that was definitely a problematic construction design. They should fire the contractor because the door was supposed to open in, but they didn’t catch it on the change order so it got installed just like that.
That"s good planning! Though door handles actually turn both ways...
I always walk out of job interviews that didn't go well by putting my nose really close to the door, opening it a crack, then gently closing it, opening it, closing it three times like Robert McCall.
@@dons5641 not all, not always.
@@dons5641 even if the handle can turn both ways, how many times do people turn the handle up?
Where I work, the lobby entry door has a access code to get in, and you have to turn the handle UP. It won’t open if you turn it down. When visitors go, they’re given the code and the instruction for the handle. I watch everyone of them fail to turn up the handle... several times. Even our own employees who go through that door several times a day, will do it wrong from time to time.
It’s a deterrent, not so much a true stop.
You blinked around Jason Bourne. You never blink around Jason Bourne.
Cinematography like this gives Taken 3 a run for it's jump-cuts.
Yeah except Paul Green grass knows how to do it well, so you get information and tension. The taken movies are terribly edited

greengrass style of shooting this stuff is just gold. and the score was amazing too
Jason Bourne is everything that James Bond ought to have been but isn't
They were completely different, especially the Roger Moore ones and Brosnan, the girls(can't have too many girls), the gadgets and the one liners, for me those elements seperated the two, until Craig came in, and they just tried to out do the Bourne movies.
This^^^. One is classy action suspense. The other is action suspense intrigue.
Yeah very agre, James Bond is 5 years old boy to Jason Bourne
James Bond is more of a joke, always featuring a Bond girl who slept with him
I think that the Bourne series is why you saw bond films change completely when daniel craig took the role.
This is not that agent’s fault. He didn’t receive clear instructions on how to deal with the priority target. And it’s clear that Bourne didn’t move until the agent reached for his gun meaning that he could have left the room with Bourne and the policeman locked inside and waited for back up.
That is what someone with clear instructions or at least experience dealing with dangerous CIA assets who are trained assassins, would have done
I love Jason Bourne, he was so wonderful, and what a warrior.

The best was on a roof targeting and speaking Landy
I like the look he gives the camera when he is in line. "I'm coming" written all over his face

2:12 this guy is a field officer? He didn’t even last 5 seconds in a fight. 😂😂
I have news for you...this is a movie and Bourne is an actor and they shoot this on a set...Daaa.
That’s why he’s a field officer in a mostly safe allied country. He isn’t elite like Jason Bourne is.
@kirklanyoshinaga8953
Field officer is just a job title.
It’s only his 4th year as a field officer. A few more years of training and he can last for 10-15 seconds in a fight.
Good staff are hard to find...😊
Editor did a great job with all the film clips
Jason switched over those Sim cards almost as fast as my kids when I bought a new iPhone and I am looking through my owners manual to see how to do it!,, 😂😂😂😂

After watching this scene 50 plus time I just noticed the look in his eyes at 2:50 at the mention of Berlin.
That's because he doesn't remember being in Berlin. This is new info he can use to find out about his past.
It's very likely because he notices that he is in fact already in Berlin as the building in the background of the parking lot is actually the Berlin ExpoCenter City and not the stazione marittima di napoli...
I like that they are mad at a simple entry level field agent not being able to go toe-to-toe with a literal tier 1 trained assassin 😅

0:08 I love it when the agent does an ID check and tries to intimidate Bourne.
I love this scene. They never had a chance.
It's been more than a decade, but every time I see this scene I still get amazed at that perfect coincidence of that cabinet fits perfectly at the height of the doorknob happens to be there.
Sending a Consulate officer to apprehend Jason Bourne is like chasing a Ferrari with a Toyota Camry
And more so, when the consulate officer learned who he was interrogating, he pulled his gun and extended it within Bourne's reach.
Nice poker face in the interview. He should do a movie about poker.
Didn't he done that in Ocean 11 movie?
Paaay heim heis mooney
Bourne is good he already staged that cabinet that was the exact right height to block the door handle years prior 🤔
He staged the cabinet the week before.
1. He wanted to be captured. 2. He anticipated very move and scoped out the premises. He used the cabinet because it fit, otherwise he would have done something else.

The Bourne Identity: I'm Jason Bourne!
The Bourne Supremacy: I'm Jason Bourne!
The Bourne Ultimatum: I'm still Jason Bourne! 😆
The Bourne Legacy: "Who dafuq is Jason Bourne?" 😂
Jason Bourne: Jesus Christ, I'm Jason Bourne!
John Nevins: How do I deal with this guy.
Jason Bourne: How do I knock out these guys.

What I like the most about Bourne is how realistic it is when it comes to fist fight. Realistically real ex marines can knock anyone out with one hit like he did. Not some unrealistic kungfu fighting
