Thank you so much for showing us your beautiful pony's. I love to watch them roll around in the grass. Love all your autumn pieces. We are just getting into Spring now. I can not believe how different the seasons are so far apart around the world. Happy Stitching.
Hi Mel, great to see you again. Love your finish of Falling on the book - such a brilliant way of displaying it. Good to see your progress on More Chocolate Bunnies too. I rushed out and ordered it straight after you showed it a couple of episodes ago and have been stitching it over Easter. Such a fun stitch, so thank you for being such an enabler! Gorgeous pony pictures too. Love Biscuit rolling as soon as she's been washed down! Happy stitching and I hope you get the rain you want. We've got plenty to go round over here.... 😀 ❤
I enjoyed spending time with you this evening. I am glad you are using the overhead camera. I paused the video to really look at the work and to understand your descriptions of colors, changes, etc. Your work is lovely. Terrific to see your progress on Consider the Lilies and The Gift. I laughed at the horse roll. My chocolate labrador retriever does the same thing after he gets a bath! 🐴🦮
Hi Mel, thanks for sharing your stitching and your lovely autumn set up in your house and of course just totally enjoy the outdoor pictures and your horses. Have a happy stitching few weeks. Cheers.
Your book finish is amazing! Well done. I have always lived in North America so the idea of having no Thanksgiving weekend is quite different but I love learning about the different parts of the world through flosstube. Thank you for showing your autumn display. In Ontario our trees are working at creating new leaves…hoping the snow is done.
Loved your shares as always. I love consider the lilies cross stitch pattern. Oh my, that intimidates me because there’s so much to stitch! Maybe some day as I gain more confidence. Tree / Trees. Love pony talk. They’re so beautiful! ❤
So glad to see you back again… what a diverse amount of projects you work on - all lovely. I noticed in the Maria Phinney piece that the capital letters include a “J” while the small letters do not - how odd!!! Happy stitching!!!
Usually I'm a trees and mountains girl but I would totally have gone along for that beautiful boating day!!! Especially here in NE USA where it's still grey and cold
Thanks Mel! Gosh it looks dry in Tassie before the rain. It was the same here in Victoria but greened up in a few days after light steady rains. Your Consider the Lillies is inspirational! What a great palette and coverage.
So great to see you! My husband will be in Tasmania in January! I wish I could join him. Beautiful videos and WIPS! And your finish came out so pretty ❤
Realized I didn't comment. But I'm fixing that now! Great video, as always! Love Consider the Lilies and oh, the book finish too! Your rides and part of the world look so peaceful and such a variety of scenery. Our horses would roll after a ride and bath as well. Not sure why but they'd always look for the perfect spot then down they'd go, a nice long roll in the dirt. They are so funny : ) Happy stitching and happy fall!
Dot And The Kangaroo was put into animated film here in the USA in the early 80s. I still love the movie! I didn't even know it was a book, but that makes sense. There was a sequel Dot And The Koala, maybe? Great finish on the book and I'm sure the autumn weather is welcome. You had a beautiful spot to stitch and also ride!
Ok, I have a new idea. We’ll do a house swap. You can live in my house during spring and summer and I’ll live in yours during fall and winter and then we’ll switch. That way, it’ll be fall/winter all year round for me and spring/summer for you all year round. 😂😂 So great catching up with you and seeing your beautiful horses at the end!
