Same, I love them! They are lightweight, compact, small, efficient and have a beautiful sound, and depending of the 3 cylinder, it can put some bigger engines to shame!😲
I'm actually pleasantly surprised at the sound, much deeper than I'd have guessed. Not my favorite sounding thing personally but not bad at all for only 3 cylinders.
The sound is insane. Two of them ran in Rally Acropolis and i can assure you that we knew which car was running from 2-3 turns back, especially in stages like Eleftherohori, where they ran through the forest and the pops and bangs echoed through the trees
Only think i dont like about 3 cylinders is that they have no torque. But once it is up in the rev range they pull really well and maintain speed easily
@@calamityyy the 1.2 turbo engine comes with 200nm out of the box starting below 2000rpm. You can chip it and it will go up to 270nm. No torque is a thing of the past..
Wish they'd up the rev limiter on these new 3 pot turbos, I'm sure they'd sound much nicer if they'd rev to at least 7k, then maybe they'd sound more like the old Metro 6R4s! The only reason these sound bad is because they rev so low
Esatto ma anche il 3 cilindri è una piaga 😖 per me i motori vanno dai 4 cilindri in su ce il 3 ha un sacco di rogne soprattutto il bilanciamento ce un 4 è molto più stabile
