Maybe you did the sandblasting reed the wrong way, search on the channel for how to do it. Maybe your pump is too weak or your cascade is too high. The grain of sand used is not too small or too big

I tried doing the same thing with stuffing mix and they wouldn't stay. What am I doing wrong? What brand of glue are you using? I tried using jb weld glue.
Try using superglue on a basis of Cyanoacrylate. Use plenty of glue on a little piece of wool (filter fleece works well). The glue causes a chemical reaction (careful, a little bit of smoke may rise, and you really don't want to get that into your eyes!) that fuses the two parts together.
You may check the channel of SerpaDesign, he does interesting builds and uses the same techniques sometimes. He's based in the US, so maybe you can get more information on brands there.

What do you mean with sandblasting Reed? The Pump is 900l/h. The grain of Sand 0,5 to 1,0 mm.
New 12w or 15w pump has enough capacity for 2 cascades. The sand is not too big or too small.

You should use larger sand or fin the rock as a funnel to collect the sand in the suction hole

This is a special glue used to stick trees, it only dries quickly when it meets water and is not harmful to fish
