Hi guys, welcome back to another motorhome video. This week we are heading from Cornwall to Scotland for a short break to visit Amanda’s family. We are taking our daughter with us so this will be the first time we have had 3 people staying in Millie the Motorhome. We stop at a The Tavern pub in Hale, Lancashire on our way up and then a Caravan and Motorhome Club certificated location called Woodpark, near Elgin for 3 nights whilst visiting family and then on our way back home find a fabulous free park up at Findatie next to Loch Leven. This had to be one of our favourite stops and our first ever free park up so absolute bonus.
We hope you enjoy this little trip and if you do then please give us a like, leave a comment and ring the bell for future notifications.
Thank you for watching and we will see you on our next adventure - Amanda & Mark 😍
Nice video guys. Looked lovely up in east Scotland. We are having a night in the van this evening, catching up on YT. It's funny as all the add breaks in your video are in Spanish. See you soon Deb and Dave
Thank you so much and love that you’re watching us in Spain!!! So funny that the adverts are in Spanish 😂 That was a great park up at Loch Leven, definitely one for you guys to head to next year. Can you come home now, you’ve been gone ages already!! See you soon x
Great video guys, was funny watching 2 adults trying to make up the bed. (Have never made ours up so it would probably be worse😂).
We love Scotland but as Mark said, that area is a bit flat.
Thank you ☺️ It was a bit of an effort but Mark and Kirah did it mostly and think they had it sussed by the 5th night 😂 There was an extra piece that Mark didn't bring as he didn't feel the support on it was strong enough so her legs would hang off the side if she slept one way 😂 You can see why people go for those drop down beds. I quite like flat cycles but Mark is twisty mountain roads all the way!! Thanks for watching guys x
Hi Amanda and Mark thanks for another great video, just need some info from you, we have a 6.0M motorhome that we have had for over 20 years we live in Cornwall but thinking of getting a 7.M motorhome, how have found your Burstner going around Cornwall, going to the NEC on Wednesday and Thursday, checking out the motor homes. Regards David and Judith.
Hi both and thank you for watching. We had a 6 metre one before but needed more storage and bike security which is why we went with the 7 metres. We've had Millie over a year now and haven't had any issues yet travelling around Cornwall. We've got about 6 vlogs in our Cornwall playlist from places we've been to including campsites on both coasts and the car park at Praa Sands. We've also stayed in pub car parks and off grid sites completely in the middle of nowhere. In the last couple of weeks we've been to a site near Rock which is on a narrow lane but all good and a site near Talland Bay so we just take a slightly longer route and try not to go to the more touristy places in the height of summer. Which make are you looking at when you go to the show? We love going there but have too much going on at the moment - have a good time! Amanda & Mark 😍
Thanks for the reply, my brother has a 7.2M motorhome and goes to France and Italy twice a year but does not seem to pop out for the evening, that is why I asked you about going out in Cornwall, we are going to look at your Burstner model as I love the garage, as I can get a scooter in and our push bikes.❤
The garage space is amazing 🤩 Amanda has issues with the kitchen but we are making some upgrades to try and help with that 😂 We love looking round new Motorhomes - enjoy yourselves 😍
Great video guys😁 especially making up the bed! This is us every night. Lovely to see your daughter coming with you 😉
@@Austenadventures Hi both, thank you so much ☺️ Oh my goodness I don’t think we could get used to setting up the bed every night - do you have a separate lounge area where you can go when the girls go to bed? It was a lovely trip away with her and I’m glad she came and she hasn’t seen my family since before Covid and we used to go up together all the time, just us two. Thank you for watching and for your support 😍
