The local county tax collector issues the registration. Once you have that you then you buy the letters and numbers. You can either purchase the individual ones or an entire decal like I did in this video. The decal looks way better.

What did Signarama charge for the decals?
I think it was $30 for the two. It’s been a while so I forget the exact amount.
Crap times have changed - my local one quoted $59.95 for one set of decals!!
