I was planning for a gurkha, but the service network is very poor. I am from Ahmedabad and when i visited the showroom even the showroom is a mess. The service station area looks like a local garage. But i was still ready to buy thought that the vehicle is strong and simple. But after your video, i should rethink about the purchase. Waiting for an improved gurkha.
Apart from gear box, the other issues are common in all new Gurkha. Just feeling no reliability, each time I think of positives but Gurkha comes up with new error 😅
By the way, isn't changing the bumper within 120 days going to affect the warranty and isn't illegal. Please don't mistake me, am not questioning you but asking out of curiosity...
Bumper mod doesn't tamper with the warranty, as we are not touching mechanical or electrical. This is purely for off-road purposes - may this video help to understand why? ruclips.net/video/DMIVNvGFMYI/видео.html
You have installed offroad gear and using the car for city rides. Half knowledge is dangerous. Dont mislead. The video on doing mod on bumper is very well made. You need to watch the video carefully.
@ My city drive is minuscule, not done because of half knowledge, done carefully for a purpose but Gurkha is not stable yet. I never encouraged anyone to install this bumper 😂
Someone tried offroading with force gurkha 3 door and tried water fording in hilly area but the front radiator guard has completely compromised ground clearance and it couldn't clear rocks on river bed and it got stuck had to be pulled out by onlookers and a mahindra major
@@almondnine All engines are same, just powe adjustments 😅 Imagine on a table - Gurkha, TT, Trax engine; Gurkha : little tuned to get 139 bhp others are 80-90 bhp. Well, I think they haven’t foreseen the traffic conditions or never tested places like Bangalore. Now struggling!!
@lifeofyatris the G32 gearbox for the traveller engine is so easily available. I suggest you do maintenance from outside then, because force motors seems determined to treat you as a guinea pig
First of all thank you for the proper follow up videos. This will greatly help prospective buyers to make a decision

Did they gave you the Defective piece? Feels sorry for your situation. Please keep updated, if any solution arrives.

Mail Force Motors saying you are going to file a case in The National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
Things might speed up then.

Take it to the court and make sure it comes on the news channel. For a freaking 22 lakh car, even a tractor has better reliability
