this mans took the 20-8-8-20 workout and just made it worse lol bruh I love that workout shit gets me jacked. went from 172lbs at 5'9 to 180lbs. just eating a lot and clean honestly with some light cardio to keep belly fat off and mannnnn in 21 days every day for 2hrs in the gym with a long warm up and sauna. Telling you all that shit gets you hella right about to get back on it in a few mins no cappppppppppp this mans workouts are everything!
