    Used this pellet feeder today and I can honestly say it is the best feeder I have ever used. I fished Alders fishery near Leighton buzzard and caught 32 carp and 2 bream, the best days fishing I have ever had. Not once on retrieval was there any pellets left in the feeder. Alan needs a knighthood for services to fishing.

    I only ever fish the method and love bagging up season after season, you guys at drennon have kept me out of trouble for yrs , if I wasn't fishing I'd be on drugs and probably in prison, so from the bottom of my heart thank you 🇬🇧 ✊🏼

    I should imagine that because this feeder is technically open at both ends it will also produce less drag when playing a fish. In doing so hook holds should be stronger and less prone to loosen because of the minimising of water drag on the feeder whilst playing a fish. This looks like a mammoth step forward in the method feeder department. I will be seeking them out as soon a I can. Well done, Alan. And thanks for sharing.

    After watching this video, I went out, and bought 4 of these in mini 15g small 25g large 35g and XL 45g. I must say, these are fabulous quality, the best I have seen. But then you would expect that from Drennan. Well constructed, the concept is far superior to anything else, tough and made to last. 100% impressed. I will be buying the other four sizes and weights to make the complete set of eight, to cover every possible situation and range. All my old feeders can now be binned. There are no better feeders on the market I believe. These pellet method feeders from drennan, put all other makes to shame.

    An absolutely brilliant concept Alan. So simple, but I can clearly see the benefits and understand the machanics of this truly amazing feeder. Definitely going to give these a try. I know you said that a mould is not required, but are there any plans for Drennan to produce a mould, for perhaps anglers, who have always, and prefer to use moulds, to load method feeders more confidently.?

    Hi there, looking forward to buying and using these feeders! Just a quick question, I know you don't need a mould but is there one available that could be used for these feeders as I'd prefer to use one if possible?

    Looks very interesting concept if Alan has had a hand in the design it will work brilliantly but it seems to me it’s not on an interchangeable stem ? If that’s right Drennan have missed a trick with it.

    When are Drennan going to develop seat boxes, pole rollers, etc to compete with the other well known manufacturers as you are missing out on a lot of potential business. I have an Acolyte Pro pole which is amazing but would like to see some one piece shallow f1 kits

    • @simonrushton2854

      I might be wrong, but I think they are connected with Rive in Germany. And they make seat boxes, so probably something to do with that. I did say I might be wrong! Tight lines

      @@ryanogden5895 But they do. They allow catfish and sturgeon to be stocked into lakes providing there no chance of them getting into the river system. Hence there are kois and orfe also in some lakes. Sadly, some people have illegally introduced catfish into our rivers and they are now becomming a big problem. As an EA Fishery Manager once said to me, "If all you want to catch is 20+lbs carp and catfish, stock catfish. The others they'll eat."

    • @ryanogden5895
      @ryanogden5895 2 года назад

      @@WolfmanWoody i hear what you say about illegally stocked fish what does happen sadly but into commercial fisherys like hayfield and other big named venues is mainly unlikely due to strict stocking rules plus if they are caught they may be shut down and fined, its not worth there while. I think some people see a crusian hybrid n jump to a forign fish
