As Gene says No I've not had time to read it yet then he goes on to ask about have you uploaded it? Therefore we can assume Gene didn't know Hin's novel had been uploaded yet so how would he had chance to read the uploaded copy. He must have been talking about the previous copy Hin had sent him.
@@azharialett6273 He didn't know if he had uploaded to the internet, but as the previous comment says he had sent a copy to Gene, and even tho he is writing a novel himself, we can see that he has enough free time to spend at least 30 minutes reading his friends manuscript, and I feel sad that he didn't.

So true! This is what´s bothering me the whole series. At first, after I started watching BL-series, I thought it was a cute thing that people wanted to ship the actors. But know it´s bothering me instead. I learned pretty quickly that this is not a good thing because we don´t know the real status of the relationship beteween the actors, people are just asuming or wishing that they are a real cp. What if this would happen for real?! What if Kao or Up would have fallen for another person at the set during the shoot of this series? Would people go totally crazy about it then? In that case, why??? We have no right to judge or to even have an opinion about who they should like or love. And you are absolutely right that they are just humans like everone else. They have feelings just like us and they want their privacy just like us, although they have chosen to be famous. Just because you are a celebrity it doesn´t mean that everyone can do whatever they want with them.

I'm so disappointed in myself! I can usually sense the moment where someone is going to take a blackmail picture in a drama. It always makes me feel disgusted and sad, but this sure took the wind out my sails bc I was so into seeing them frolic together that I was blindsided. Seriously though, I don't understand why someone would enjoy doing that anyway. I love seeing people being happy together, whether it's a straight couple or a gay one. Why would you want to ruin such a special thing? I guess some people just have cold hearts. Booooo

Just want to say that I love Gene being a mentor to Hin. He immediately picked up on what happened, comforted him and gave him some great career advice. I'm glad to see parts of the characters lives that aren't directly connected to their romantic storyline.

I love love love they showed everyone having so much personality and details in their lives. This the first bl thst doesn't feel like its just about the main characters. Every character has their own backstory. Like everyone can easily get their own drama.

La mejor serie del género romántico que he visto. Plagado de escenas tiernas donde se respira un profundo respeto y amor entre los personajes. Los actores tienen una química maravillosa hacen que cada escena sea creible y fantástica, ellos llevan al espectador a vivir el momento con ellos. Felicito al director de la serie pues es excelente su trabajo. Una serie súper re comendable.

As an aspiring author, Gene and Hin's convo really drove me to tears like Gene's words were really inspirational.

This show is so good. Like not even just in my top favorite bl series but just like in my top series in general. It's so well written. Both the story and the characters feel so real and fleshed out. I also just adore the amount it calls out things like the over romanticism of abuse, toxic gender roles, the toxicity that comes with shipping real people together and with how celebrities are treated in general as if they are just entertainment and not real people, and even subtle jabs at the heteronormative views toward two people of the same gender in a relationship (they're both guys, there isn't one that fits "the girls role" 🙄). It's just so good. There isn't one character that I'm like "this person doesn't really play a role and is just sorta there". All the characters that are there throughout the story have roles and personalities and even their own character arcs. It's. Just. So. Great.
I know this is an old comment but I so agree. It's also not Just Another Coming Out Story. It has the trials of a real relationship. How to sustain a gay relationship in a workplace environment. That definitely is a challenge for many LGBTQ+.
I love how the show's sponsors' products get lots of time on this show. Not only are the fruit drink and the jelly mask incorporated in earlier scenes, but you see them displayed on the counter when Gene and Hin are at the cafe at the start of this segment! Also, at 5:33, look at the sunscreen bottle. "B.K.K. by Kao Noppakao". Is it real, is it just for fun, or is it a substitute label for a sponsor who dropped out?

@@Greentogreener I know I'm just saying that if a movie can cramp a complete story line in 1½ h, a series would be able to at least include one story arc in two episodes. The series is very stretched out, I acknowledge that, but I still think that 2h are enough to show the drama, the break up, the hurt/comfort, the reunition and happy ending. Hell, if you're really rushed you can make a 30min video if desperate.
TL;DR: I'm still confident that 2 hours are enough because movies (even though a little different) were able to do it too

I have not seen Gene smile as much as he did during the beach scene. It transforms him. Then some horrid girl goes and ruins things by taking pictures of them and posting them on social media with lots of hashtags to stir up controversy. Hateful.
I was thinking the same thing about Gene. That was definitely the most genuine smile. I thought he was adorable there, and before that scene he also looked so handsome and confident when he was giving Hin advice for his story. I've been taking my time and savoring this drama, but since watching the controversy with their parents I decided to binge watch the rest.
