    This 20 minute workout is perfect for pregnant moms in any trimester. Using traditional kickboxing moves modified for pregnancy, we'll get the heart rate up for cardio and strengthen and sculpt the body as we prepare for delivery.

    yay! I was still doing kickboxing before I found out I was pregnant... before the sleepy phase hit. Now I'm getting into my 2nd trimester and looking forward to getting back into it with pregnancy-specific cautions.

    I'm 39 weeks and have been doing your videos all pregnancy! Have been loving these shorter, more mellow prenatal videos during the third trimester. Your encouraging approach to movement is so wonderful! Definitely the best I've found. I'll keep doing your workouts for postpartum recovery and then to get back in shape :) Thank you for offering these! Such a blessing.

    I just did this workout, 26 weeks pregnant here. Never did any workout (aside from walking) all throughout my pregnacy before this. I feel great. Thanks so much!

    Amy, I cant thank you enough for these videos. I am pregnant with my third, and honestly never really worked out. But with this pregnancy I'm overweight, tired and generally not feelin it. I started working out because I am scared of gestational hypertension or gestational diabetes and I want to be as healthy as possible for my babies. Your approach in these videos is amazing and motivational. I am now doing your workouts multiple times a week and I feel better than I have in a while. Again, thank you.

    These prenatal workouts are the best I've found. Fun and get me sweating a bit. Plus the modifications needed in pregnancy are explained well. Great job.

    Pregnancy + lockdown and the gyms being shut was giving me license to be super lazy but I was starting to feel rubbish and I’m so glad I found Amy’s workouts! I’m feeling so much better physically and mentally. I’m also really enjoying the variety of videos and trying new things. I’ve never done kickboxing before - loved it!

    I started exercising again at 13 weeks. The first trimester I just didn't know how to handle it being my first pregnancy. Now I exercise about every other day at 6 months! I feel so much better and more like my regular self. People ask me all the time, "How are you feeling?" Like being pregnant is an illness or something. I respond with, "I feel great, how are you feeling?" I bet I feel better than most of them just by staying active!
    Also I put your Mommy and Me video on my watch later list. Omg I can't wait!

    I love your workouts...I always feel like I have complete permission to go as easy or as hard as I can that day and I never feel bad about it. It has been demoralizing for me trying to exercise while pregnant, but after your videos I always feel encouraged that I just got off my butt and moved, so thanks!

    Amy, thanks so much for these videos, I'm in my second trimester with my second now, and loved these workouts with my first! He is now 2.5 years old so I've actually found it way harder to fit them in this time around, but finally getting back into it now, and feel soooooo much better for it! You're really making a difference to a lot of people!

    Amy, these workouts are amazing! I never thought a 20-30 min workout would give me a sweat, when I'm use to Burn Boot Camp HIIT 45 minutes! This is a great way to stay in shape and I can't help but share your channel with other Mama's. I do these workouts 4-5x per week and the days I don't do them, I'm sluggish! Thank you for creating such amazing prenatal workouts!

    I am currently 15 weeks pregnant. Previously I was following the weight watchers plan (for 2 years) and doing your low impact cardio workout. I have arthritis throughout my lower back and had a discectomy in August of 2015. The low impact workout was so great and easy on my back. I am SO happy I found your prenatal workouts! The first trimester was tough for me because I was always exhausted after work. But now I actually have the energy to exercise and feel great every time I do! So thank you very much for creating these workouts for all of us to enjoy x0x0

    Thank you so much for this workout! I'm currently at 35 weeks and still active. This was a tough one and I did modify, but I feel so much better afterwards. I've been working out with you my whole pregnancy, thank you for this resource, especially during the time of Corona! Almost there!

    I am almost twelve weeks with number three :-) I worked out first two pregnancies but I overdid the cardio. I'm going to train smarter this time round and am really finding your workouts so effective! I feel like I've done so much after!!! Thank you!!!

    Thank you so much for making these workouts. Entering my second trimester I was starting to feel lost at the gym in my strength training, not knowing what to avoid or how hard to push myself. Your guidance has kept me active when I otherwise might have just given up.

    I’m 25 weeks pregnant and found this workout a little on the easy side but just stepped it up in my own ways. The recommendation for your heart rate to stay below 140 was changed years ago. As long as you can still carry a conversation while working out is the new recommendation, regardless of heart rate.

      Yep, the talk test is the recommended guideline! You can always do my other cardio kick workouts and modify for pregnancy. Congrats Mama!

      It should be fine if your body is used to it. Try to avoid too much twisting and talk with your doctor

    This has been my favorite go to. I'm doing it nearly every day. The only iffy thing for me is that twist in the wide squat during warm up and cool down. Isn't that a torso twist and a no no during pregnancy? I've seen this in diff prenatal workouts and I've been wondering...
