Guys if you're wondering my pushups weren't perfect bcz of not going down or getting up completely ..... It's bcz i did 70% clean pushups by staying 70 - 90% in between of complete ups n downs .... mostly to build tendons strength .... That helps to build extreme endurance n tolerance strengths for calisthenicz 💯
yeah, people throw around stupid numbers like 100 or 1000 easily, and we see them vibrate their arms like little girls in PE class, if you want to do pushups, do proper form, it would be more impressive to do 100 real pushups than whatever we seen 1000 of right here
@@TheSloth-cl3yd its not about whether he can do it or not but its about the posture abrar was in he dint like half a puch up not a single full pushup i have great respect for him but it wasnt a good posture
