  • Graff has sent me their tools for product review and demonstration. Their new Termit blade is excellent and I use it often. I recommend using a speed controller on your angle grinder to slow it down.

      I make art constantly. Every day, all day. I just don't have time to film/edit it. I put a lot of pictures on Instagram. Find me there if you want. For the last 4months I've been working on a 20 ft. Tall sculpture. Done soon.

    Amazing like always! I’m almost done with a sculpture and thank you for all your inspiration. I rescued a piece of Cedro Macho (Carapa guianensis) and Moralon (Coccolobis grandifolia) from a collapsed church during the earthquake here in Puerto Rico. The church was built in 1831 and the wood it’s beautiful.

    Amazing video. And even more amazing sculoture. It definitely reflects your style. I just got the speedcutter and now I want the termit. Thanks for the inspiration. I love making sculptures but its hard in an apartment. I can't wait to get into a house where I can finally have a place to carve.

    Great piece. Good tip on how to use that blade, thanks for showing the close up of the edge. If I saw it advertised I would've thought it was just meant for cutting not sanding or grinding. Good job, thanks. 👍
    Ps; if you like redgum, try getting your hands on some jarrah. Even more contrast in colors.😉

      I've made one piece from Jarrah. Beautiful! But it turned brown because I wasn't aware of UV resistant finishes at the time. (i know i'm late, but i overlooked the comment!)

    That was neat! The sculpture alone is awesome.. those blades are mean, and you made a better review for their products than they have for themselves. The only other videos I could find on this product were in a language I don't understand. Apparently it's badass at cutting just like ripping on a circular saw.

      It's an excellent improvement over the Proxxon for many reasons. I think I bought the grinder without the extensive kit on ebay for $150 a couple yrs ago. I have 4 Proxxon long neck grinders and regularly replace the power switches, circuit boards, and power cords. The Merlin keeps on ticking.

      Salem Barker I know exactly what you mean about social media. You just need some time away from it. I know YT is messing around with the rules regarding the amount of money a YTuber can earn which impacts your desire to make content.
      I’m sorry that YT feels it’s profitable to crap on some influencers and not others. If another platform opened up I would move on over.
      However, on the stingy side, I really love your art and have been missing you. Take care and be safe. 💕

    I thought the smaller version of this because of your video and it doesn't fit my machine because it's only 3/8 inch hole and my grinder has a 5/8 in shaft. So I haven't been able to use it yet.

    • @SalemBarker
      @SalemBarker  4 года назад

      Remove the flange by gripping it with pliers and unscrewing it while holding the spindle lock button. You'll then be able to remove the guard.
