I am an ancestor of Benjamin Rush as well as many of the comments here, I think this is one of the coolest things. When my grandfather passed my dad and I inherited a crate of documents about our family line. As an engineer I'm glad to know that science is in my blood.

I'm Mexican. I Took one of those DNA tests because my girlfriend wouldn't shut up about them. This dude's name popped up. In the report they sent back. Anyone calling themselves an "ancestor" of this guy needs to edit their comment because you're actually "descendants". Ancestor refers to the line of relatives that came BEFORE you and descendant means you were born AFTER your line of relatives. I'm related to freaking morons who dont know the difference; and are probably ready to deport me at the drop of a hat, despite the Mexican code that binds me to die protecting anyone remotely connected to me by blood.
