This is the feature we all wanted. What I love is, I signed up to Suno 6 months back, then left for UDIO when lyric replacement came in, now it's like I'm back to Suno. This is what competition is all about!
In my opinion, it is difficult to compare these two models. The overall sound quality of Udio is much better than Suno. Whereas Suno is far more creative than Udio
@@MrFlyingrihno I don't know about one being more creative than the other but this new feature certainly fixes one my main beefs. I've had a fair few really great songs where I've wanted to carry on with that voice/style.

There's only one problem I've found: My new songs are the same length as the song I used for the persona. In other words, if the song I used for a persona is 3:12 in length, the new song will be that length, too -- even if it cuts off lyrics.

Too many people complaining about what is not possible (yet) and the lesser quality. Please keep in mind that 4 years ago generative AI seemed lightyears away. Yeah, Suno has the "Get Stems" Feature but it is bad. But you can use tools like UVR (Ultimate Vocal Remover) or bandlab Or vocal remover org to separate the vocals and instruments.
@@AIAutomationLabs Agree here, I prefer Udio I really dislike that Autotuned tinny sounding voice that Suno makes. Udio does awesome voices but its hard to replicate them

AI will provide tons of settings for our new art generation and strictly follow them... What impact that could apply to a market?... 🎧 Who knows... 🎲 But it would be a lot of fun to spectate on it 😮😊😎
Oh yeah... Welcome to the future. Some tools like Hedra, Live portrait, Runway already do lip sync well but there's room for improvement. Let's hope it gets better!!
I recommend Using the Covers feature. It's very good to get vocals like these. Also 'Live performance' prompt helps, as it pulls the raw vocals from the training data.
I followed your instructions exactly, but it doesn't work for me. The new lyrics are simply not used and the old ones from the persona track come up again. Does anyone else have this problem?
How can I adjust the time signatures in Suno AI while creating songs in the style I want? For example, I live in Turkey, where we commonly use 4/4, Arabic, or Wahda rhythms. Do you have any information on how to select time signatures like 9/8, 5/8, or 4/4?
Hmm Suno doesn't have the sliders or settings to adjust the Key/Time signatures at the moment. What I do is create the Beat/Melody with the Time signature I want, using Bandlab Or FL Studio Or GarageBand, and save it as an audio file. Then I upload this sample audio to Suno, and then extend from a timestamp that fits best and add the lyrics in the lyrics section. In the style of music, enter the genre/vibe of the song, and submit. Suno will extend the song from the given sample. Now use the 'Get Whole song' button and Suno will merge the uploaded sample and the extended clip, and give you the Full Song. If you want to change the genre of it, you can select this Full Song and Create -> Cover Song, and change the style of music, it will give you the full song with the same melody but different genres.
Yes, as mentioned in the video, At the moment, we can't use "Uploaded Audio" as "Personas". But can use any song you created with Suno and make it as a Persona.
Use the covers feature to make a Cover of any existing song. Covers feature gives better and natural sounding vocals. Use tags like ethereal, live performance etc.
Suno is gonna put record labels out of business. 😆 The persona feature is wild. A creator can put out an entire album with multiple songs off of one persona. With a wide range of songs that reflect the different ranges of emotions across different songs, all within the same character voice. Just genius.
@@AIAutomationLabs Meanwhile it profit to record labels lmao, it's more a problem for artist than record labels. I Saw many record labels do their own song market it and make easy money
@@Irokz Yeah Lol, and the irony is that Universal Music Group (UMG) has announced a collaboration with KLAY Vision Inc to develop a model for AI-generated music.
Not really. You can create any song on Suno Or use any existing song of any artist, and then swap their voice with any other artist. There are many tools like Replay, Audimee, Kits AI that do this voice conversion. For example, Rihanna singing Bruno Mars' Song.
It's possible but it won't sound very good. You can use the "Covers" feature or "Extend" Feature. But the problem is that the lyrics should rhyme or go well with the melody of this song. Else Suno will hallucinate and make a totally different song.
I have used your Link in description as persona but it’s changing the rhythm along with voice, I have recorded a song and don’t want to change the rhythm and change only voice, is it possible that way in SUNO? How can I tag the song to contest
I haven't been able to test the Persona after setting it to Public. Because it would need 2 paid accounts and I have only one. So what genre of music are you trying to create with the Persona? And for your other question. Yes, you can upload your song and use the "Covers" Feature and change the voice while keeping the same rhythm/melody. Only describe the vocal style in the "Style of music" box. For the contest, you have to create a cover or Extend any of the stems from the Timbaland Page on Suno. As shown in the video.
Unfortunately, No. I've tried it but it doesn't show the "Personas" section when in "Covers" Mode. But it makes total sense to allow this. For now, just use the Persona on your song and change the genre as you would while using "Covers" And it should give something interesting.
Suno doesn't allow using names of known artists. Alternatively, you could have uploaded a voice sample of an artist and Created a "persona" of them. But they restricted creating personas of audio uploads.
I think the main reason why AI is becoming more and more popular is because they do not question or doubt the written lyrics. If you would let a real singer sing the same lyrics or let them try to come up with a topline about being online at 4 AM they run out of the studio. And it should be that way. Most people who are touching AI music are the reason why real producers don’t touch it. Most generated lyrics and subjects are a real joke and I think it’s generated with that in mind and if you would try to be serious and try to make good lyrics and people listen carefully you will notice that most AI generated top lines will have a generic feel which will be recognizable easy. Most modern vocals are comped several times with exactly that in mind to avoid singing the song in a generic way. Something AI simply isn’t aware of because it’s relying on input and feedback and since most AI produced songs come from people that very easily underestimate where real production is all about and you can hear that. The idea might be brilliantly generated even if you easily hear the generic motif and cadences but it’s 1% of the work that needs to be done in order to make a fully produced hit song out of it. I used the vocals delete the music and worked for weeks getting the generic motif out of AI generated vocal used Kits ai to do several takes on Suno generated vocals just to have fun experimenting with it. I used many vocal manipulation software to change the melody, cadence and motifs and still wasn’t very satisfied with the results so please don’t think that AI could make every noob a rock or pop star. If you can’t even recognize the generic motifs and cadences Most experts will easily hear you will loose respect in the industry. I am most definitely not against it but just be aware of the limits of ai even though I am positive that will change in future updates. I still only use it to generate action movie or science fiction movie content where the quality is less important than when you try to be like Billie Eilish who comps more than 50 takes to make the song a masterpiece which is most definitely not the case with ai
Wow. Thanks for the detailed comment. I agree. The demo in this video is a song that I wrote just for fun. Nothing serious. And I agree. The AI is as good as the person using it. If good producers know what they're doing. They will make masterpieces out of anything Suno spits out.
In some i agree. In others, not. I was very good in writing songs, or putting lyrics on music, but i never learnt any instrument. When Suno appeared, i found what i was looking for. In the beginning some songs sounded Ai, but as i become better and better, now my songs since the lyrics are personal, listeners can feel strong emotions from my song. If you give your energy in lyrics and arrangement, this will show in the song. Its like i have a band and i tell them to play whats exactly in my head. I I tried to give these songs to a small band i know, but they even refused to listen. I told them that they can take this song and do it whatever they want and they refused. They said they would be happy to have me together and write the song but they didint want the AI help. I wish i could find a band that can play my songs. I am sure others feel that way.The important is to feel TRUE emotions, even with some technological help. All musician do it and the outcome is most of the times great. When i listen to my songs, i imagine that they are written from someone else and i LOVE the emotions that they make me and others feel. So, Ai can be a great help to express ourselves better.
@@369BAND You can hire session musicians at Musiversal or Fiverr. Songwriters are blessed to have that talent. Suno works really well with well-written songs.
I used it to create a persona of one of my original songs where I extended using my own vocals as the audio sample. Now you can't use it with your own vocal samples. :(
Yeah as I said in the video, any song which has an audio sample uploaded in any part of the song, it's not enabling the "Make persona" Option. It's weird they did this, but I think it's because people will upload any famous singers' voice samples and make Personas in Suno.
@@AIAutomationLabs They should at least allow a submit check of audio sample for persona that can be verified as a users voice. I have no interest in using any other voices. I do however want to be able to use they pitch corrected versions of my own voice that it produced in certain ways.
Yeah I agree. Also, it says not allowed "at the moment". So I hope they'll allow it when it's live for all users. It's still in Beta. So I guess they're observing user behaviour for now.
I posted a video on youtube using my free comoposition on suno, but after 5 hrs, i saw "copyright" under it, when i checked, it says i'm using a copyrighted song, but it's not suno. Someone named veritas...
Have you made your song Public on Suno? Someone might have already posted your song on RUclips before you. Does your song sound similar to the person who is claiming the copyright? If you made a RUclips video, did you use Visuals like stock footage or someone else's video. Because RUclips looks at the video more than the audio.
@AIAutomationLabs no i didn't make it public on Suno. I just posted a video on my youtube channel, after about 5 hrs someone's claiming the copyright.. I edited the video in capcut and run a copyright check before posting. All the sound effects are from capcut(free), just my video and sound effects are in there. Yes it says, the tune is similar, but when i checked it was a rock song, while mine is ballad.
If you created it using Suno's Free plan, there's nothing much you can do. Because you're not allowed to use Free plan songs for monetization on RUclips. If it's your own lyrics, then you can dispute the claim in RUclips Studio.
@@AIAutomationLabs i'm not monetized yet, i emailed suno before, they replied and said i can use it free songs on youtube as long as it's not for commercial purposes. It's not suno claiming the copyright, it's a rock band.
Dispute the claim. Because from what you're explaining, it doesn't even have the same melody. RUclips's content ID false flags sometimes. I suggest you dispute the claim.
I ended up making the same song as the previous I made a persona from. Same melody and voice, but with different lyrics. That was exactly what I hoped for but I don't know how I did it. Anyone else who know what I did right?
Persona's are like "seed" in AI image generation. Seems like Suno picked up the same melody and voice from your Persona, and created your new song. But hey, you got what you wanted. Cheers! :)
@@AIAutomationLabs I think I figured it out. Now I have 3 songs or 3 episodes of the same song. It's like a songbook now. Look for "The Viking Crew Ep1" or Ep 2 and Ep 3, if you want to see it and listen. Edit. The third one doesn't show up in the searchfield for some reason. But go to the user and find it if you want to.
Yes you can upload your melody on Suno and use the 'Extend' feature to extend from the sample or use the 'Covers' feature to preserve the same melody but change the genre/style of music.
@@Neurogolic I've tried doing a Cover of uploaded audio. I've tried doing a Cover of a cover of an uploaded audio. But it still disables the option to make a persona. I guess if the song involves audio upload anywhere, it is disabling the Persona option.
Please keep this in mind before you subscribe to Suno Premium. While you can create Personas from songs generated using Suno's tools, the feature doesn't currently support creating Personas from audio uploads. That is to say, if you uploaded a song called "A" from your computer, you can't create Personas for the song "A."
Can you try using the sample Persona link I mentioned in the Video description? Once you create a song with the Persona, it should be available in your list of Personas on the Create Page.
At the moment, they have disabled creating personas from Uploaded voice samples. So it's not possible at the moment. Suno Version 4 is coming very soon. They might enable this option in that version hopefully.

Yeah true. But during alpha testing of Suno Version, it has been noted that Suno has better vocals and better audio quality. It will be released for all soon.
Great But I just hate Suno audio quality- especially the voices. It’s such a shame but audio audio quality is significantly better and that really matters for me
The persona is a nice feature but its broken. This thing goes off the rails. I write my lyrics and it makes it through the first verse and chorus, but then it repeats the chorus three times in a row, or just starts making things up. It take 3-4 extends to get the remaining song made. Then you have to take them and stitch them together outside of Suno. Any recommend a good software for stitching the song back together?
They broke the Persona feature with the new Version V4. I liked the Persona in V3.5. It was stable. I'd recommend Audacity if you have a PC, or you can use Bandlab online or the Bandlab App on Android or iphone.
I wish Suno got rid of that hissing/chorus (as if the singer is overdubbing themselves) sound that it has for many voices. Udio voices somehow are cleaner.
Suno's new Version V4 is coming very soon. And from what we're seeing in the samples, it has better audio quality and clean vocals. I'll post a detailed video when V4 is available to everyone.

Use the covers feature to make a Cover of any existing song. Covers feature gives better and natural sounding vocals. Use tags like ethereal, live performance etc.
Muinto bom!
Obrigado :)
Suno is gonna put record labels out of business. 😆 The persona feature is wild. A creator can put out an entire album with multiple songs off of one persona. With a wide range of songs that reflect the different ranges of emotions across different songs, all within the same character voice. Just genius.
Record Labels have actually filed a lawsuit against Suno :)
@@AIAutomationLabs Meanwhile it profit to record labels lmao, it's more a problem for artist than record labels. I Saw many record labels do their own song market it and make easy money
Qween Fatima is an ai artist in yt and she made album about insulting remarks to islam
It already has
@@Irokz Yeah Lol, and the irony is that Universal Music Group (UMG) has announced a collaboration with KLAY Vision Inc to develop a model for AI-generated music.
When will the official version be released?
Beta version is already available to Paid users at the moment. I'm not sure when they'll release it for everyone
I've seen people how manage to use real artists voices (like Rihanna for exemple). How they do this ? with personnas?
Not really. You can create any song on Suno Or use any existing song of any artist, and then swap their voice with any other artist. There are many tools like Replay, Audimee, Kits AI that do this voice conversion. For example, Rihanna singing Bruno Mars' Song.
@@AIAutomationLabs Ok i understand, are those tools researved to subs ? Cause i've never really see those tools on my free account.
It's not on Suno.. Those are different tools with their own websites.
Good stuff i keep learn more music Ai , sometimes i can make human feeling into the music
I'm glad you liked it!
How would you make the same English song you created into a different language?
It's possible but it won't sound very good. You can use the "Covers" feature or "Extend" Feature. But the problem is that the lyrics should rhyme or go well with the melody of this song. Else Suno will hallucinate and make a totally different song.
No what it should do is help the people who want to do music and not end up with really bad people while doing it just produce thier own ❤
Yes true :) ❤
Wow cool
I'm glad you liked it :)
I have used your
Link in description as persona but it’s changing the rhythm along with voice, I have recorded a song and don’t want to change the rhythm and change only voice, is it possible that way in SUNO?
How can I tag the song to contest
I haven't been able to test the Persona after setting it to Public. Because it would need 2 paid accounts and I have only one. So what genre of music are you trying to create with the Persona?
And for your other question. Yes, you can upload your song and use the "Covers" Feature and change the voice while keeping the same rhythm/melody. Only describe the vocal style in the "Style of music" box.
For the contest, you have to create a cover or Extend any of the stems from the Timbaland Page on Suno. As shown in the video.
Is it possible to use the Persona feature along with the Cover feature?
I mean, can I create a cover of one of my songs using a Persona?
Unfortunately, No. I've tried it but it doesn't show the "Personas" section when in "Covers" Mode. But it makes total sense to allow this. For now, just use the Persona on your song and change the genre as you would while using "Covers" And it should give something interesting.
could you bring a vocal that is similar to a known artist?
Suno doesn't allow using names of known artists. Alternatively, you could have uploaded a voice sample of an artist and Created a "persona" of them. But they restricted creating personas of audio uploads.
Can we use the cover song created in youtube video
Yes
If you can’t even recognize the generic motifs and cadences
Most experts will easily hear you will loose respect in the industry.
I tried to give these songs to a small band i know, but they even refused to listen.
So I guess they're observing user behaviour for now.
waw 👍
Thank you:)
I'm wondering, is this feature only about vocal and singing, or it can transfer the style of the instrumental track too
Whatever is more dominant in the audio track. Whether Vocals or instrumental.
Wow that's so cool! I will have to try this out! Thanks for the informative video! Check out some of songs if you'd like. :)
Sure. Thank you :) !!
Finally this feature is on boards!
Yes, finallyyy!!
*Can you use two personas in the same one song?*
No, it's not possible yet.
@@AIAutomationLabs Thanks for the answer.
Yes please make it public!
Sure. No problem. I'll make it Public!
So the persona is only for the voice or the song itself mood.
Voice + Vibe, if you don't change the genre.
Only the voice, if you change the genre to something very different.
Does uploading audio work?
Upload audio works but we can't create "personas" of them yet.
Does any specific AI app let me keep my original melody as a start point ?
Yes you can upload your melody on Suno and use the 'Extend' feature to extend from the sample or use the 'Covers' feature to preserve the same melody but change the genre/style of music.
great idea, but the vocal quality is not good enough for me yet..
Yeahh man, if only we get Udio vocal quality in these.. That would be perfect
Can you upload your own reference track and use that voice in song generations?
You can upload your reference track and extend from it or create a cover from it. But you can't save that uploaded track as a Persona.
And then when you made cover, can you make persona from cover?
@@Neurogolic I've tried doing a Cover of uploaded audio. I've tried doing a Cover of a cover of an uploaded audio. But it still disables the option to make a persona. I guess if the song involves audio upload anywhere, it is disabling the Persona option.
@@AIAutomationLabs thank you
Please keep this in mind before you subscribe to Suno Premium. While you can create Personas from songs generated using Suno's tools, the feature doesn't currently support creating Personas from audio uploads. That is to say, if you uploaded a song called "A" from your computer, you can't create Personas for the song "A."
Exactly! I've mentioned it in the video too. But you made it more clear. Thanks :)
❤❤❤
❤❤
are some free for Commercial use?
Personas are available only for Paid users at the moment!
I hope to make some money with the songs created on the free version, so I can pay Suno premium.
You can post music videos on RUclips and TikTok.
How to add any public persona to my personas?
The vocals are not changing and unable to add public persona to my persona, no use of subscription
Can you try using the sample Persona link I mentioned in the Video description? Once you create a song with the Persona, it should be available in your list of Personas on the Create Page.
The best!!
I'm glad you liked it :)
Hi Can I use my voice as a Persona?? if the answer is yes haow I can do it??? Thanks
At the moment, they have disabled creating personas from Uploaded voice samples. So it's not possible at the moment. Suno Version 4 is coming very soon. They might enable this option in that version hopefully.
@@AIAutomationLabs Thanks,you are amazing
The problem is the low Fi Sound Quality
Yeahh they need to improve a lot on the audio quality
Make radio music gta with this one
Yeah lol that would be fun!
Can we monetize these songs in yt?
Yes
How to get kid vocal in suno
You can use these genres: Lullaby, nursery rhyme, children's song etc
hi bro i am regular watching your videos and i also started my music channel on youtube .i am making devotional songs and others also i showcased on spotify also .suno ai giving very excellent result but not understanding indian musical wordings some time i am creating song with Indian musical raagas please give me some tips if you have to guide me thank you for video
Hey Bro. If Suno has been trained on Indian music and they have tagged individual musical ragas, then we can use the same tags and get the desired melodies. But I'm sure if they have trained it so finely. I'll try a few prompts and let you know if anything works.!!
True story
?
I still prefer udio over suno because udio give clear human like voice where udion still giving a robotic type auto tune voice 😊
Yeah true. But during alpha testing of Suno Version, it has been noted that Suno has better vocals and better audio quality. It will be released for all soon.
Great But I just hate Suno audio quality- especially the voices. It’s such a shame but audio audio quality is significantly better and that really matters for me
Yeahh I agree. I would like to have Udio's Vocals in Suno.
I'd recommend Audacity if you have a PC, or you can use Bandlab online or the Bandlab App on Android or iphone.
why is everything so distorted for the music?I don't undrestand what everyone else is hearing. I don't hear it
Are you referring to this video's music or just Suno's audio quality in general?
VOCALS SOUNDS LIKE BEYONCE WITH DI A RREA
Just type the golden four letter word dude. You don't have to spell it like that lmao
Nevermind I just realized what they said
You got it! :)
Not even naming the fucking “Persona” the actual name of the vocalist is so dystopian. We are so fucked 😭.
You can name it whatever you want. It's an AI voice and the image is AI generated too. So it won't feel bad that I named it "Pop ballad Female" Lmao.
