The EntremanuerPrep End of Course experience is an optional experience and requires an
investment from the participant. The experience will build upon the material presented in the
Entremanuership course by exploring a world-class service organization's people, place, and process.
The participant will experience the benefit and effects of exceptional customer service and a holistic
customer experience. The participant will be asked to develop ideas that can be adapted to their
upcoming role and into all areas of their life. The EntremanuerPrep End of Course Experience seeks to develop a “What’s Next Mindset” and a service mindset in the hearts and minds of the participant.
