If you haven't saved a preset yet for that specific piece of gear, it will be disabled. If you have saved a preset, check it on the disk. They are stored (on macOS at least) under Documents→IK Multimedia→AmpiTube 5→Models→(the name of the piece of gear). If the preset isn't there it might be a permissions error some something similar that is preventing AT5 from writing to the disk. Just a guess.
@@UncleTodMusic I didn't save any preset yet, and check the folder and there's nothing there. So now I understand that the ones you are showing in the video (01-factory, 02-vintage, 03-blues, and so on...) was created by you and I can't find them in the basic installation of AT5. I must to save my own. Now the mystery is solved. Thanks Tod! :)
Thanks Tod. I had a Mark IV and I'm pleased with the sim. I bloody love the Mark IV manual, don't you?!
I do! They combine a sense of humor with a lot of information. It’s great to hear the sim is pleasing to an owner of the real thing!
Hi, when getting the context menu the "Load Model Preset" submenu is disabled for me. Any thought on what is going on? Many thanks! :)

Glad it's solved. Sorry I caused the confusion.
