i started playing cassidy right before season three and its a MASSIVE difference.

well lets think about what they each have
Ashe: Higher zoom for more percise at longer distance (not important if you have already good aim / using mcassidy in intended range), Bob does go really hard with good placement (but kinda same idea with high noon), dynamite is a lil crazy for flushing out, dealing with deflect / charging ult. Is mommy. Vertical mobility as well as peel/soft cc for enemy. higher crit value for tracer. But still has to reload forever.
Mccassidy: Roll = damge reduction right? as well as full reload. ult is same requires good position, but also quick reload so right click, roll, rc, ult cancel, rc = big pp damage up close. is daddy,. lower fov = consistent aim in terms of fov changing like ashe.
what else?
U forgot the part where Ashe deals more dmg zoomed in and Bob is basically a 6th member of ur team who can contest the point. Ashe has more utility than McCree with her CCs. Also new push maps are mostly long hallways so Ashe wins over Cree's dmg falloff

Everytime I see a Cassidy in the enemy team I get depressed now, lmao there was a game where both teams had a Cassidy, everyone got about 10-13 kills, but those two lads got about 20-25, we all were just furniture, that match was between those two Cassidys.
I think it comes down to dynamite vs grenade. If they're playing clumped up, punish that. Otherwise take cass.

I started Overwatch for the first time last season, and have been pretty much only using cass, Hit diamond on Rank reset yesterday. Can confirm even for a bozo like me with no gamesense. He is Godly

I definitely do think Cass is better than Ashe if you think about the mobility and slight better ROF that gets taken away from Ashe each time she scopes in. Cass has better movement no doubt so not only is he harder to hit but he shoots faster. Only thing that’s better about Ashe is her ult has better impact.

Not really because most people in low elo can't hit shots anyway
cassidy is high skill ceiling low skill floor i’d say, only few characters are automatic in low elo

A guy I used to compete against in Titanfall 1 used to slowly tilt his head forwards while shooting with the G2A4 rifle.
I can't remember his name but one of my teammates found the guy's stream and we all had to laugh at his movement.

Yeah as a tracer player it is harder to dodge the Cass grenade then stun because its less predictable when the Cass will throw it. Also it can attach to you when you blink :(

@@F0_0 Both abilities should be addressed. HN should take 0.3-5 less time to mark. I know for fact every Cass main has a myriad of situations where they were they press the trigger and even hear bullets go off only to die and nothing happened bc of the latency. Even more when McCass doesn't insta kill everyone, he goes one by one, so it's possible to die to the furthest enemy before you get them as you shoot (not necessarily kill) the others and there's NOTHING you can do about it. His nade will get changed eventually too though. Everyone knows it doesn't fit him
It's fine, it gives you 40% dmg reduction
Hitscans should never have a powerful ult, same with snipers as they can get their ults very fasts if you have OP aim. Only exception is ashe for some reason
