- Racing bike is one of our favorite activities. This season we will ride the new Fireblade SP in the East European Championship. There's a lot of work to be made but the first thing that we wanted to perform was the exhaust swap. Check out the video! Leave the sound level at minimum, it might get loud!
Hi guys! I see a lot of comments regarding the ECU remapping - I did the dyno tune on this exact bike so if anybody has any questions, feel free to write!
Good jop , I have a little problem. Please someone help me. I have check engine light after i install heders akrapovice titanium on my cbr1000rr-r sp code dtc 133 its O2 sensor so what should i do to fix it ?! And im sure i installed the o2 sensor both of them perfectly right

Nice job. Whenever I’m swapping out exhausts and retuning bikes I always make sure I’m wearing Nitrile gloves as fingers prints will be permanent after it’s full heat cycle. Not as important on a fully faired bike, just my OCD. Keen to knit how much it cost and what performance gains you get. 👍😎🇦🇺
And a alcohol wipe down before first heat cycle.
Or WD40
Doesn't matter if you use gloves. Spray on WD40 and then wipe everything off with a clean rug.
@@JohnSRR-lw4bx The way I look at it is the gloves are a cheap way of insuring you don’t miss any finger prints as once installed it’s harder to clean every inch properly. Each to their own I guess. 👍😎

That exhaust sound and seeing flames shooting out explains why I find racing of electric vehicles a very boring activity 🇬🇧

CbrfireBlade 2022 is faster and Quicker due to increase compression ratio also New design of Air intakes and wheels

I did the ECU tuning on the dyno for this bike, no check engine lights.

@@snipertuning Did you fully de cat it? And also change the ecu soft? I have a lot of problems with Brent Tune until i remove the lambda sensor. It get in the limp mode from time to time. Now is ok
@@emilbalan6598 Yes, it is a full racing exhaust system, and the lambda sensors are needed to be disconnected from the connectors aswell. But there are some parameters in the ECU that need to be set accordingly. The bike works really well after the dyno tuning.
@@snipertuning Practicaly...another bike. i belive it is the best from Romania, with Full Akrapovic, MWR velocity stacks, MWR air filter and stage 2 Brent Tune. What else do you recomand ?

Factory narrowband sensors were disabled with the ECU reprogramming. I did the tuning on this exact bike, if you have any questions you could write me :)
Have you fitted an exhaust valve servo override?

It's way to lean flames and pop need a remap for sure....
It would be better that you leave original muffler and just change exhaust manifold.

Chain adjust lock nut is loose
Looks exactly the same as the stock one (good luck making a fool of yourself arguing with that). The sound is different, much lauder but probably will make you more neighbour enemies that you would expect and not much if any difference on the race track...
The only big difference between this full exhaust line and any other brand is a couple of grams less and the price. The gain might be the same after the dyno tuning. The sound has a lot more base but I use this bike only on track.
