I love that you guys really get into each province and share what you've learned. Having worked in the hospitality and tourism sector, many visitors to Canada just blanket it as just Canada. This country is way too big to do that! Each province is almost like a different country onto their own and you both capture it really well! Been a fan since your road to Alaska adventures where you really got into British Columbia. Thanks for taking us along into Atlantic Canada!
Since Canada is physically as large as Europe, it is not unreasonable to think of each province in terms of a European country. New Brunswick, one of the smaller Canadian provinces, is larger than Ireland.
We’ve really noticed lots of differences between the provinces and it is fun to discover them along the way! There is so much to see and do in Canada! Thanks and thanks for watching!
Excellent. You both keep raising the bar for excellence. Big increase lately in narration, communication and charisma. You're coming into your own in a big way. Plus you seem more at ease and relaxed. Well done.
Hello Adam & Kathryn 👍👍, I really enjoyed that video of Hopewell Rocks. So much gooey mess down there but the kayaking was AWESOME to see...YEAH! So now your heading to Nova Scotia and can't wait to see what's next 👍👍.AMAZING Adam and Kathryn!
I love that you guys always introduce us to new areas in the world that we may not have heard of. You both constantly make my bucket list longer. Thank yall for sharing with us, yall are truly the best travel couple on RUclips! 🥰
Wow, that was so neat for you to experience low tide and high tide at the Bay of Fundy .. and that you got to experience high tide on kayaking ... it was way too cool!!! Thank you for sharing it with us :)
This is so cool! We had plans to go up there in 2020, but Covid messed that up. This was one of the things we wanted to see/do. Thanks for making that happen today!!😊Will get there someday!
I love all your videos! So inspiring and well done! My boyfriend and I are looking to go to Fundy with our dog, so we were so happy to see you two hiking with your dog! I wanted to know where your doggo stayed while you were here!?
Dear A & K, I love you both. You are such great inspiration. I love your dog too. How do you educate yourselfs on your videos explaining all the current things to do and see and the history of the places you go to? Where do you two get all that energy hiking all over on these huge trails. I live in New Jersey and I am an admirer of you too young kids... LOL. Take care and I am exploring and living vicariously thru your wonderful hikes, coffee visits and great history and information you both provide so very well. Love your new fan Linda
Hi Linda! We do many many hours of research before we film a video on the best things to do, facts and information to share, and best places to eat. We love hiking and exploring so we have endless energy I suppose. Thank you so much and thanks for watching!
You guys should use the Cypress Hill song A to the K as a theme...love the VIDS, keep coming to Canada, you guys are better ads than our gov. puts out.
Another awesome video, with your bubbly personalities, Great information and superb camera work! We were in the Maritimes a few years ago, but introduced more in New Brunswick than we knew about i.e. The Fundy Trail Parkway! Looks g forward to your continued adventures!
Wow…how cool…walking on the ocean floor and then kayaking on it! I wasn’t nervous when Adam got stuck in the mud until I read one of the comments about not being able to get out before the tide came in 😳. Glad you didn’t have to worry about that! These adventures looked so fun!
Wow, what a cool vlog!!! It is crazy how big a difference thief is between low tide and high tide! I just knew Adam was going to face plant in the mud while trying to get unstuck. Yikes! Water looked a bit choppy for kayaking but you’re seasoned warriors so kudos to you both! You da best!!!
Hopewell rocks are amazing. There are a few other areas in NS that have Flower pots. Economy on Soley Cove road and Burntcat Head Park. Rafting the Shubenacadie river is wild on a big tide. Enjoying your Vids.
Crazy stuff - we love your videos to see what not to do. LOL Really do get so much info from them... the dos and don'ts ( we often say thanks to A&K we did that without doing that). Love your travels! Judy & Steph aka Rebel
Now I have fallen in love with Newfoundland, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia! I just keep adding to my bucket list from your travels....and I love it!!! Enjoy the cool weather there because Austin is crazy hot! Thursday, August 17 is supposed to hit 108 as a temp, not including heat index!!! I look forward to your videos each week to see what else I can add to my bucket list! Give Kona a belly rub for me, Stay safe and Take care!!!
Thanks. All of those rock formations that are freestanding from the coast are known as flowerpot rocks. The Elephant rock collapsed in 2016 apparently. canadiangeographic.ca/articles/new-brunswicks-famous-elephant-rock-collapses/
We went to Cozumel a few years back. The water is stunning, clear; and its western shoreline doesn't catch all that damned sargassum. Yeah, it's niiiice.
Great video. You really captured the essence of Hopewell Rocks. You mentioned bore surfing in Alaska. The Hopewell Rocks lie at the mouth of the Petitcodiac River, and there is also a tidal bore up the Petitcodiac River too. In the city of Moncton (which lies 30 km up the river), it is not uncommon to see bore surfers here too.
being from NB - The Bay Of Fundy is really great! Also the Petitcodiac River which borders the Bay Of Fundy also has the tidal bore, one of the largest in the world. Sad that wasn't filmed here but yeah it shows just how quick the water changes and people as well surf that bore now. It use to not be allowed but lately it's been allowed. I havn't witness any surfers myself but have watched the tide bore a few times when I am in the city of Moncton. Indeed a must do if you are ever in the area!
That was fascinating! I was a tad bit stressed out, though, when Adam got stuck! I kept thinking about the mud flats at the Turnagain Arm in AK, and how people DO get stuck there and have not made it out before the tide came in.
another pro tip to skip the crowds at hopewell is go in the off season lol. my wife and i drove there in november from NS - not realizing that the park was closed but after talking with locals, they let us know you can just walk onto the park at your own risk. only saw 1 person there for sunrise.
The tidal bore is fascinating to watch come in at Truro in Nova Scotia as well. Tidal bore rafting on the Shubenacadie River in nearby Maitland is a popular tourist activity, too.
We couldn't time anything with the tides. We were on our way out of the area and got to Hopewell in the morning, at high tide, in the pouring rain. We couldn't come back, so we didn't go in. We were also surprised at the cost--i know my guide book is a few years old, and from before it became a provincial Park, but it was quite a bit more expensive. We also stopped at the lighthouse at Pt Savage, but it was too early to go in, and it was too rainy.
K' birthday coming , what day it is ? Thanks ..you guys are our fav , we been following since 3 years or more i guess but today was the first time writing ..always happy to watch your adventure
Disappointing.....the Bay of Fundy may be the biggest range but the second biggest.....the River Severn in England, is far more impressive with its bore and treacherous conditions on the rising tide...

Hopewell Rocks was so impressive! Can’t wait to share!
Absolutely loved you documented the “before & after”! Outstanding what fun thanks guys! ~Cara 😊
much enjoyed your visit to Hopewell Rocks, what an experience, thank you for sharing...
Great video and such amazing film quality!
I was waiting for Adam to splat trying to wrest his shoes free of the mud. That stuff looked pretty gooey and not the easiest to remove.
There were moments when I thought I was going down or really be stuck! 😂
I love that you guys always introduce us to new areas in the world that we may not have heard of. You both constantly make my bucket list longer. Thank yall for sharing with us, yall are truly the best travel couple on RUclips! 🥰
Thank you so much! ❤
Fun, amasing place. Must see.😊
Cool kayaking around those Rocks. Great video. Thanks.
Looks like an amazing experience! Also, lol i was going to remind Adam to be careful with his shoes haha
So fun! Low that you got to experience both and high tide like that. And kayak tours are always a good choice.
Wow, that was so neat for you to experience low tide and high tide at the Bay of Fundy .. and that you got to experience high tide on kayaking ... it was way too cool!!! Thank you for sharing it with us :)
Catching up on your vids. Crazy awesome flower pots. thank u from 🇨🇦 ❤
That tide is crazy! Thanks for sharing the reason why it's so high.
This is so cool! We had plans to go up there in 2020, but Covid messed that up. This was one of the things we wanted to see/do. Thanks for making that happen today!!😊Will get there someday!
😱 What a crazy difference between high and low tide! I always appreciate the additional information you share in your videos. Thank you. 💖
You guys are awesome. That's amazing to see both high and low tide. 😊
haha I'm cracking up at Adam when he got stuck in the mud. "oh crap" lol and the music you picked for that scene made it perfect.
haha 😂 I thought I was going down!
I'm always excited to see your videos pop up. You have so many fun adventures. Great video.
Thanks so much!
I was sure Adam was going down in the mud! Thanks for sharing!
The spoiler for next week looks fun, can't wait. 😊
This brings back a lot of memories when we were there with our kids many years ago.
Whoa.! What a difference n tides. Great content as always:) Enjoyed watching
The tides were pretty amazing to witness! Thank you! ❤
Sure glad Adam didn't get stuck in the mud with the tide rising....Happy Trails 🐕
I love all your videos! So inspiring and well done! My boyfriend and I are looking to go to Fundy with our dog, so we were so happy to see you two hiking with your dog! I wanted to know where your doggo stayed while you were here!?
Love for informative you guys are in all your videos. Not too much or too little, just right 😁
Thank you! ❤️

I have been wanting to make my way up to Labrador. You’re SO CLOSE. I envy you two. 😅
Incredible video as always!
Unfortunately we won't be making it to Labrador, but it does look awesome! Thanks and thanks for watching!
What a great adventure. Thanks for sharing
The kayak tour was so cool! I mean, it all was, but that part stood out! Sea kayaking looks fun!
Have you ever gone sea kayaking? It is so fun!
@@AdventuresofAplusK we have not! But definitely adding it to our list when we are visiting a scenic coast line
Great vlog. I do not know if my parents made it to Hopewell, but they did get to Truro and see the tide there..
We love kayaking! What a fun adventure!

I was sure I was going to fall also! 😂 I'm just glad I didn't get stuck!
Beautiful scenery and your editing skills are impressive. 😊
Thank you! ❤️

We are very thankful for the weather here! It's been a little too rainy for our liking, but we can't complain about the temperatures!
That was such an epic adventure. Thanks for taking us on the journey. I feel like choc milk. You guys should be the spokes person for brown cow. MOO
Nice, guys! Love from Greece
❤
Great video... missed the flowerpot and Elephant rock
Thanks. All of those rock formations that are freestanding from the coast are known as flowerpot rocks. The Elephant rock collapsed in 2016 apparently. canadiangeographic.ca/articles/new-brunswicks-famous-elephant-rock-collapses/
You are having so much fun 😂
Fascinating place!
So cool!!!
Dope spot 🌊 I went there in May just before the place opened for the season 🛣️ barely anyone was there 🏖️
You can also surf the tides here as well. You missed out not seeing the tidal boar in Moncton!
We went tidal bore rafting in Nova Scotia before this and it was awesome!
We went to Cozumel a few years back. The water is stunning, clear; and its western shoreline doesn't catch all that damned sargassum. Yeah, it's niiiice.

How cool!
This was such a fundy kind of video😂❤
😂

In the video we released immediately after this one we went tidal bore rafting! Too much fun! 😊
There was a surfer about 3 weeks ago! First one of the season!! Greetings from your neighbour in Riverview!
That was fascinating! I was a tad bit stressed out, though, when Adam got stuck! I kept thinking about the mud flats at the Turnagain Arm in AK, and how people DO get stuck there and have not made it out before the tide came in.
I was thinking about that too! Luckily this tide takes a lot longer to rise!
another pro tip to skip the crowds at hopewell is go in the off season lol. my wife and i drove there in november from NS - not realizing that the park was closed but after talking with locals, they let us know you can just walk onto the park at your own risk. only saw 1 person there for sunrise.
Oh good to know!
Love your videos! If you have to, Moncton to experience the titleboar resulting from the tide coming in. You will not be disappointed.
We hope you have better weather on your next visit! The rain can be a bummer!
When we were at Hopewell Rocks the beach was dry, no sinking in the mud at all. It was hot, though!
Yeah the kayak guides told us it is very unusual for it to be so muddy. I think they said it was because it has been so rainy this year
Great video, but all I could think of was "You've ruined your watershed, Wonka-It's polluted." "It's chocolate..."
Your hiking sandals seem very durable, what brand are they?
Fun times as always!
They looked like Teva's to me...
Those are Chacos! Thanks!
K' birthday coming , what day it is ? Thanks ..you guys are our fav , we been following since 3 years or more i guess but today was the first time writing ..always happy to watch your adventure
It was August 5! Thank you so much and thanks for watching!
Missed it otherwise would have celebrated with ice cream 🎉 belated happy birthday 🎂
Are the tide pools (if there are any) anything in comparison to those in the PNW?
We didn't really notice any tide pools there
Will you come to Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon? That's so easy from Newfoundland!
We unfortunately don't have time for it on this trip! So much to see and do in Newfoundland alone!
Chocolate quicksand!!! mmmmm......
As Bob Dylan said: “the tides they are a-changin.” Looks like fun!
At least you didn’t bring the doggy for all that mud!!
She would’ve loved it though! 😂
❤
Hello Adam, what kind of sandals are you wearing!
Hi! They are Chacos. We have a link to our gear in the description of the video 😊
Y'all seriously made me buy chocolate milk today.
Guess there won’t be a Conan @ 9:08 😂
👍👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍👍
Is Jay Leno aware of his rock? hahaha
😂
What breed is your dog?
She's a pit-jack russell-dachshund as far as we know!
@@AdventuresofAplusK well he’s a very cute dog!
Should have had a mud bath! 😂
Would’ve been nice! Haha
👍🏻
How about a chocolate shake instead of chocolate milk!
14m tide where I live, we just don’t make a fuss about it.
👍 we thought they were cool
Disappointing.....the Bay of Fundy may be the biggest range but the second biggest.....the River Severn in England, is far more impressive with its bore and treacherous conditions on the rising tide...
Still a marvel to see! Thanks for sharing. We'd love to see the River Severn one day as well!
