I make this all the time and it is so delicious! Thank you so much for sharing! Sometimes if I don’t have fish I use fish sauce instead. Then I serve with seasoned white fish cooked in banana leaf and a personal take on pilau rice with nuts and wild rice. Beyond yummy! Thank you 🙏🏽
Thank goodness, finally African food without maggi! I am extremely prone to food sensitivities/intolerances/allergies. No Maggie, no lactose and no gluten, and no (at least as possible) processed food for me. This recipe is perfect!!! Thank you for posting! Living in Europe as an South American is hard with all the milk, cheeses,Creams and gluten bread around. Native/South American, African, Indian and far east Asian foods have kind of saved my life:p
Thank you sooooo much for this vid (and the others). I love egusi/egushi...and during quarantine has been one of my meals to try. I've followed your recipe 3 times with family...minus the mackerel...and it's been delicious each time. Thank you for your awesome videos! 😋😁
Looks good and tasty...can you explain what the mixed spices where and about how much black eyed beans, egushi seeds and fresh spinach was used...for measuring purposes in the recipe.. Thanks for sharing.
I saw what was in the description box....but you did not explain what were the mixed spices, how much black eyes beans...ex: 1 cup, or a bag of spinach or ounces etc. Egushi seeds...how much was used again 1 or 2 cups before you soaked and blended them...I hope that gives you more details of what I am asking...Thankyou...
