I have that same radio, but it's just a black screen. I see the power button on it, but nothing happens. Is their another way to turn on, or possibly a fuse? I know you're not an audio specialist, but was just curious if you ever had that problem. Thanks!

Mine connects but will only take phone calls but not my music it used to how do I fix that
Mine is the same way. I can’t Bluetooth my music to the system or play RUclips music
Did you ever find a way to fix this? Mine does the exact same and I've tried it on many different brands of phones (iPhone and android) but nothing works.
@@sairaorgbael8938 I can help you with that. On your phone go to Settings, Connections, Bluetooth and then to the right of each connection there is a Setting Icon, Click on it and then enable or disable what you want to play on that device. Calls or Audio. I hope this helps. Best wishes!
@@DumbBiden this does not work. My phone pairs just fine for calls and messages, but music will NOT connect. I tap the music slider and it just turns back off. Anyone know how to fix this? Is there an update or something extra needed?
@@piperjackson1861 Before you can pair it you need to select your phone's name on the list of devices on your truck radio and hit connect and the move the slider of the audio on your phone's bluetooth

Hi. I just got this truck with SmartNav system. I’m trying to find where to turn off all the navigation prompts. Does anyone know where that option is? I’m ready to drive off road every time it tells me I’m about to go into a curve 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
I did put the voice prompt options off but it’s still annoying me
I hate the alerts. It always thinks I’m on some side road and starts beeping at me that it’s not a truck route. Really pisses me off

My driver broke the screen. How or where can l replace it
People are paying stupid money for these trucks and the smartnav can’t consistently work. It’d be nice if it actually worked properly as intended. It just shuts down and restarts whenever it wants. How do you fix the issues permanently????????????
