Your box might be on auto update. The movie part, I don't know. Have you tried doing a search all?

Is your box on wifi or is it hard wired? If you are on wifi, try moving the box away from any equipment.

Is the time on your hotspot right? Try this, go into setting - Device preference - time & date. Turn off auto time & date.

I keep getting a message that says “ failed to connect to the service.”please verify your Internet connectivity or try again in a few minutes. It has a light blue background with this message in white letters. I have two boxes. The first box in my bedroom started acting up on Monday. And my second box, which is in the living room, started acting up on Tuesday the following day. Have you seen this issue come up at all or has anyone contacted you regarding this issue? I can still see tv through the box by pressing the tools button on the remote and going to apps and then selecting BleuTV and pressing open. It only works that way by selecting it manually. The whole screen is completely gone.
No, I haven't ran into that problem. It might be your ISP, but if you have the S3PRO / S4PRO go to apps and install Backup TV. It's there backup app. I will ask Superbox if anything is going on. I will keep you posted
Has anyone had issues with the remote control losing the ability to fast forward and rewind. The remote does the other functions just no ff or rew well that's not true a few months back the voice control stopped working and I tried for every to fix it as well so now no voice control, no FF REW and right now it asked to do an update and got to 50%[and has sat there for an hour so I'm going to have to factory reset hell maybe that will fix everything or turn it into a paper weight 😕🤞
Try going to Bluetooth in setting and see if the remote still shows up. If not try to pair it again.

Hi. Error 404 usually means a bad or broken URL link. I would reboot the box and try it again. If it's still giving you that error. Give it a day, just to see if they fix the link.

Remove the power from the box. Hold the reset button on the side and don't let go. Now plug the power back in, wait unit you see the superbox logo, then let go of the button. Then you should be good to go.

No it won't. Have you tried downloading it from the play store? What model do you have? I know with the Disney+ there's an issue with the older Superboxes

Question, are you using a VPN?
Try using Hotspot, if it works. Then the problem is with your ISP.

My box will not load, it keeps circling the startup graphics. Any idea how to get it to move beyond that point? Prior to this it was saying it needed a UI update? Can i download something to a USB to get it to boot up?

Yes, and it doesn't seem to work. Heldnit down while I plugged it back in to power up. Remote does not currently talk to the box
I have the S2 Pro and my last OTA was back on 09/11/2021 and it keeps saying no updates available. Also when I go to Blue Vod in settings the last update for either; use system, Hardware Decode 1 or Software Decode 1, the last update is 07/2022. Is this there way of forcing people to purchase a new box buy not releasing any new updates? I get a lot of freezing on some channels which at times causes me to turn it completely off and back on again.
Good question, I'm not sure why they haven't sent an update for the S2pro. I just sent them a email on this. I will let you know what they say.

I think it's only available on the superbox elite boxes. It came with my superbox elite box but not the s2pro & s3pro boxes.

Good question, I don't know. But for that to work I think you will have to change the S/N as well. Because these boxes work off the S/N.

To get Dolby Atmos you need to have an audio system that delivers it. So you will need a Dolby Atmos-enabled soundbar, speaker system, or a AV receiver. Do you have any of these?

Do a hard reset. My Blues came back after I did.
A hard reset won't fix it this time. Superbox just got back to me, the IPTV server is down. They are working on getting it back up. We just have to wait.

@@JasonTech I have 2 box’s and only i have issues with. I had to put it right next to the router. I think whatever picks up the Wi-Fi might be faulty on this box.

@@JasonTech I haven’t but good idea, what I’ve done so far is move the box right next to the modem and it works but fails to pick up my Wi-Fi when it’s like 30 ft away but it does pick up my neighbors. The other s2 upstairs works fine.
Question: Is your wifi setup with 2.4ghz and 5ghz? Because you might be connected to the 5ghz.
