Great video, there is nothing like a perfect marriage or relationship, I learnt that in everything there is always a solution, 5 years ago I and my wife divorced because we were having some difficulties in our marriage but we are back together ,it was a really bad phase but we got through it.
there is a lot of sense in what you just said and I hope mine works the same way too, we are currently separated but I cant live without her, I love her so much. wish I can get her back I can do anything to have her back, we have tried therapy amongst other things
its always difficult to let someone you love go, but in my case I had the help of a spiritual adviser who saved my marriage from collapsing her name is SHELLY RENEE WHITE.
I’m introverted and find it hard to make friends because I prefer my own company, but I’m lonely also.. I’m between a rock and a hard place.. I need to accept I am who I am..
Yep. I did that. I cut all my friends who only remember about me when they need something. What's coming is way more important that being busy with nonsense. Loneliness is wonderful. Meeting people and letting them be is wonderful. Live your life as you see it and intend to.
Never. Your mental and physical health changes for the better when you ward off negativity. I’m down to two friends. Don’t think that solitude is a bad thing. It helps you in many ways.
It’s sad meaningful relationships are not valued, our culture does not want commitment or accountability. I’ve noticed people are content with surface relationships….no commitment, no accountability. It’s sad
🤚😀 Thanks Josh, i love your. work and all the informations on health that you share. I have been following your videos for a few years now;you are making a dffetence. 🙏😇
What if your husband doesn't want friends around him.He doesn't believe in friendship.I have my own friends and never had great friend couples where we could all hang out unfortunately.
As I’ve gotten older I enjoy my own company more than friends. I’m actually an extrovert but friends have been a disappointment for the most part. I have a few but I limit my time with them. Would rather hang out with myself and my puppy.😅. Women can be a pain and jealous of each other.
@sassysandie2865 I can relate to what you said. My relatives are a pain in the butt, so I rarely want to see them. I have several female friends, but I'm aware they might be jealous so I tone down on my outfits and wear baggy clothes when we meet. I spend my weekends with my plants and my little cat and gym is my boyfriend 😂 I'm OK but I'm terrified of dating and getting hurt. I'll be fine staying healthy.
I haven’t listened to the whole podcast yet but just the title-maybe we could move people from our inner circle but it’s been a cultural thing to go no contact etc… I think it’s just cruel. Kids suffer from all the clicks in school, neighbors, churches, etc have their favorite groups. What about if we walk in love… our commandment from the New Testament !
Yeah, I agree. The whole "CUT PEOPLE OUT OF YOUR LIFE" trope is unChristlike. Imagine if Jesus "cut out" everyone who didn't agree with him. Heck, he didn't even cut out people who hated him.
Hello Doctor, when I face a problem, my body shakes, my heartbeat increases, and I feel difficulty speaking. I tried Ashwagandha for a month and my condition did not improve. Do you advise me to leave Ashwagandha and what is the alternative?
Yes, but you need to reach out to others. It is hard and it depends on your immediate surroundings sometimes. I have found, for example, that some communities are much more interested in connecting than others, and it all depends on what town, State you live in. I travel on purpose and notice these things. It can be discouraging when you visit a church and no one even says hello, or you go to a small group and they only talk to each other! I've found friendlier people at the local Veterans Home than at most churches and they appreciate you being there more too😢

this is helpful, I will look her up. I hope this works for me too, I really miss her.
True friends are a blessing.
Amen!
12:00 "We didn't have any friends and then we prayed about it."
It s hard to find friends that is inspired me, according to my values

It’s so difficult making friends that when we do we accept the negativity.
Huh

This is awesome! Thanks Dr Axe for this, such an awesome reminder and sooooo helpful!!!
Hard to find friends at 50
Even harder at 61 & retired.
Or over 70...
Well, probably hard, because many of you thinking ", this is hard"🤷😘
Could very well be...👍
It is because 1. Your friends start dying. 2. People close to your age already have family and friends they need to attend to!
🤚😀

There is alot of value in this podcast. I have had great mentors in my family and friends and yes I am a life long mentor because of them. ❤
You are helping the whole humanity by this
Not.

@@telepathicpenguin - I really think it depends on the situation. Jesus could handle it since He is the Creator of the Universe.
My best friend died in 2019. I always remember him jumping on me like if we won the World Series. I love you, Anthony Loera. 🌿
❤❤❤ Thank YOU Dr. Axe for the tips on getting a spouse!
Unfortunately I don't have 1 friend in my inner circle
Scotland Sharing 🥃📡🥃
Have my book yay
Let's go!! Enjoy the read!
Was just talking about this
It's so important to personal growth!
No I don’t have that at all 😢
Did I hear Pastor Josh Axe?
After we order the book where do we put the order number on your website?
Can you be my mentor?
Hello Doctor, when I face a problem, my body shakes, my heartbeat increases, and I feel difficulty speaking. I tried Ashwagandha for a month and my condition did not improve. Do you advise me to leave Ashwagandha and what is the alternative?
I think I know of an alternative.
@@laurasedivy1298 What is it please?
Would share it 😊?
I have almost no one😢
You can't just "create" a dream team for yourself. This is a very depressing video, which blames and shames an already lonely person.

Josh should just stick to his health advice and stop with the preachy, judgmental, rants. He’s neither a therapist, life coach nor psychologist.
WRONG, life is better solo and on your own.
