Looks like what Dall-E would give me if I prompted "Photorealistic render of a generic 'dark-themed single male man cave' interior design of a public flat in Singapore, with poor lighting". Every time I heard "bold and aggressive" I saw nothing like that. Looking forward to the next design done by an architect. Stacked Homes, you guys have a really good production team.
I imagined something similar for my home, some would say a typical modern male design. Simple, clean and it seems it won't require too much hassle maintaining. I like the warm lighting and woody / earthy tones. Kinda suits me and my temper. I must say I would prefer a bit more of warm light, it seems too dark at moments.
Hi, thanks for putting up these reno videos. Is the island top made of Vulcan sintered stone? If yes, I really appreciate if you can let me know what is the colour code. It is a nice solid colour. Thanks😊
Why can't HDB make living room and dining room in living room like 5rm btorather than separate them now. Ppl knock the common room to have that square layout and dining area. Like clementi bto the one with 7window panes. Should use that layout instead.
Boring empty boxy plus weird layout. Every rooms lacking in focal point and statement piece. View from every angle of the house also look odd. Having an open kitchen right outside bedrooms is a really bad idea, aesthetically and also in term of practicality. The most important consideration when reconfiguring any space is the location of structural beam and column. Ignoring these will end up with odd looking spaces. This is one of the biggest challenge faced when designing a HDB. It is not always possible to conceal it or blend it in with the design. If that is the case, it is better not to touch it.
This is beautiful. The only thing I would do to add a bit more warmth, coziness and sophistication to it is throw in some fluffy arial rug at the living room, underneath the coffee table. Then cover up those cable wires running down from the TV set into the console, because I hate clutters, especially in a well designed home like this, it just cheapens it. Then the last would be to add a touch of greenery by adding some plants to the space. Like one beside the TV console, one beside the dinning, kitchen Island, etc.. These would make it feel more homely and cozy as opposed to the hotel vibes am currently getting with those dark themes. 😅
Sorry but this is not minimalist. Just because you don’t have much furniture, no colours, no lightning doesn’t mean it’s minimalist. This is just a house with some furnitures and dark interiors. You can’t have any plants in this house 😂 The most glaring problem in this house is that everything is too matchy matchy. He only chooses dark colour with similar shade, tone and tint. There’s no contrast, no pop of colour to create a beak. There’s also no softness in the space. No rug, lack of good lighting, no plants which make the place very cold and hard.
Well, maybe some more knowledge about the psychology of colors might be an asset. The definition of coziness is interesting, too. Grey and black all over the place, I hope that children do not have to live there.

Thank you for your insights 😊
Very well done. Colors are very calming. Now you need one or two statement pieces on the wall.
Thank you! 😊
Pleasing to the eyes. Reminded me of The Ruma hotel in KL.
Good job!!!
Thank you 😊

Why bomb shelter?

This channel just amazes me the way they visualize what they want and then the creativity of these people is truly gods gift 🤎
Wonderfully said ! 😊

What piano song is being played on the background?
Suite No. 3
Bach Air...but piano version instead of violin
All these Singapore homes designed for the coming zombie apocalypse with metal front doors and zombie-proof (bomb) shelters!
No way this is considered minimalist.
I don't mean it is not nice.
Kinda looks like the other house

Rugs are nothing but cozy homes for dust mites.
@@urbn9tnot if you know how to maintain them
