Counting Crows's A Long December is a perfect song to be covered on piano. For my A Long December piano cover I tried to keep the folk essence, and tried to introduce as many details as both hands allowed.

I’m just taking up piano again after many (many) years away. Picked this song as a good way to get back into it. This video will help me go from just playing F/Bm/Gm over and over to adding some flourishes that’ll make it sound more full. Especially appreciated the “guitar solo” part. I wanted to take that on next and this helps.

@@JackJack-zo4zt or he could post whatever the hell he wants and you could say something like, "hey, that sounded nice. If someone is wanting something that is not a rendition of the vocal melody, here is a link to my performance."
So as soon as you post your performance, this thread could become useful as opposed to the complete waste of time that it is now.
