Air Fried Brussels Sprouts II From Frozen || So Easy to Make & So Tasty

  • Air Fried Brussels Sprouts is one of my favorite sides. This recipe is great for last minute side as it uses frozen Brussels Sprouts. It is so quick and easy to make and it is delicious 😋

    Air Fried Brussels Sprouts from Frozen
    Ingredients:
    Brussels Sprouts - 1 lb (frozen, small size)
    Garlic Powder - 1/2 tsp
    Black Pepper - 1/4 tsp
    Salt - 1/2 tsp
    Balsamic Vinegar - 1 Tbsp
    Olive Oil - 1 Tbsp
    Instructions:
    1. Preheat Air Fryer at 390 degrees F for 5 minutes
    2. Mix oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper together to make a sauce
    3. Add the frozen Brussel Sprouts to the air fryer basket
    4. Air fry at 390 degrees F for 8 minutes. If not fully thawed/soft, stir and add additional time
    5. Once fully thawed/soft, add sprouts to the balsamic sauce and mix well to coat the sauce on all the sprouts
    6. Place the sprouts back in the air fryer basket
    7. Air fry at 390 degrees F for 4-6 minutes until preferred doneness. Sprouts in this video was air fried for 4 minutes
    8. Stir every 2 minutes
    9. Enjoy warm with your favorite main dish

    This is the right way to do it. Many people, including other RUclipsrs, make mistake of marinating frozen sprouts & then cooking. That will turn into a soggy mess.
    So first you thaw in air fryer & remove moisture as much as possible from frozen sprouts
    Then marinate them and dump it back into airrfryer
    Cook to finish & enjoy!
