Amazing engineering and craftsmanship. I myself am nowhere near your level but I sure hope to be some day. I feel I learned a few things to attempt in my shop from watching this video so I graciously thank you for sharing your work.
This is awesome. My Ortur LM3 with the extension definitely needs one of those. Fantastic engineering went into that. And I love that you used the laser to build its own cover.
Beautiful project!!! Too bad I don't have the equipment to replicate it nor a laser engraver nor the money to buy all this and replicate your project😔 but what can't be bought is your extraordinary skill and creativity. It's a real pleasure to see you create these beautiful projects. This alone makes me happy.😊
Molto bello. Peccato che non tutti hanno il garage così attrezzato. Io ad esempio non ho la fresa con tavolo. Sarebbe da vendere già fatto. Complimenti per l'idea e la fattura. Grazie
Thank you for sharing this. Your enclosure is very well engineered and thought through with lots of details. I love the magnetic attachement for the hose! Did you consider using orange/red plexiglass for the windows? It filters the blue light from the laser (there are also certified plexiglasses especially for this purpose) Clear glass does only work for CO2 lasers. It would make your enclosure even more secure and protect not only your lungs but also your eyes. 😉 please take care, stay healthy and continue to share your great content!
I just got done building the other version. Well mostly done. Just a few minor things left. I opted to have the bottom include a door to the inside that folds down and creates a platform for my laptop. As well as providing some storage room
Great work! The idea of the case is really impressive! But I notice already in the second video that you put a simple transparent protective screen instead of a colored one to protect against the laser beam. Please tell me if this will be a safe idea, because I am currently making a similar case myself and am thinking about what to put as a viewing window. Thanks in advance for your reply!
I can't make plans. When I work, I only do simple sketches. However, I reveal the photos and measurements on my instagram. I hope even that helps. thank you.
@@carpentak thank you. Really like you design . I built a enclose box for my ortur . But yours is better. Do you put a camera for cutting with light burn?
@@carpentak since I got my camera I use it all the time. I will no use my laser without a camera. I'm going to buy a stronger laser I will tag you in Instagram when finish the enclosed. Thank you for share you design. Cheers from BCS, Mexico
I just purchased a LM3 and looking to build an enclosure. This looks ideal for my small shop. How do you ventilate the box? Is there a powered blower in the duct? Does it exhaust outside? - Thanks
La pregunta que ningún youtuber responde...¿se puede ampliar el marco de una cortadora láser " ortur AUFERO LASER 1" con perfiles de aluminio más largos que los que trae de fabrica ?
Laser smoke is completely different from cigarettes, so it makes me cough. caution! Plywood with a sense of moderation makes work easier. Solid item! Here in Japan, we have a lot of wood, but we don't sell a lot of plywood. Contradiction!
Step one own a workshop with 30.000$ worth of equipment. dude thank you for taking your time to make a tutorial, but im pretty sure if I had a 30.000$ workshop I would know how to make this. - a really nice video would be how to make this with only the laser cutter, since.. you know.. that is what I have of tools ... ;) .... like making the cuts and making a box using the laser cutter to make the sides...
Thanks!
Thank you!!
This is one of the most creative enclosures I’ve seen for a small shop. Great work
The fact that YT is filled with ad losers and not some actual decent laser cut builds is pathetic
Wow that is brilliant so well designed for a quick and easy setup perfect for a small workshop.

Very nice addition to your shop. Great management of space.
Précision et calculs toujours aussi diaboliques...Beau Travail.
Insanely creative and extremely freaking genius!
Super fantastic extremely happy to see this video . More please
Impressive! Excellent work.
Thank you for sharing. I just got a Ortur laser engraver and something like this is just what I need. It is an amazing design.
This is awesome. My Ortur LM3 with the extension definitely needs one of those. Fantastic engineering went into that. And I love that you used the laser to build its own cover.
Thank you.
I really enjoyed the build, you are a skilled craftsman with a knack for making the DIYs interesting!
what a great job you made of that!! love the use of magnets in extractor flanges very clever
Again great work. Thanks for showing this additional enclosure👍😀
Well… seems like we have a masterpiece here
Awesome job 👍🏼👍🏿
Wow! So nice.
Genius!
That's awsome. Fantastic idea great execution. Goid job 😊
I absolutely love the modular/foldable design! Really neat idea! I might just have to make mine foldable now!
You are at another level👍
Wow that was amazing! I'm to lazy to build something so AWESOME!

loved this..very creative..
Very impressive and creative! Can't wait for your next video and project! Greetings from Brazil!
Great work.
Very nice to look at.
The precision is very complex.

super cool
Isn't it surprising how much you can do without a head
Very well thought out 👌

Nice build was thinking of something similar, but you have a nice solution.
But I think you should put a glass that protects your eyes better.

I installed clear acrylic for the shoot. Of course, colored acrylic is better. thank you
Perfeito! Vou tentar adaptar para a Sculpfun s30 ultra! Obrigada pelo vídeo!
That's a pretty amazing design!
Awesome build.
Nice build, functional and looks good as as well 👍
Echt gute Arbeit.👍
just put an orange or red acetate film on that windows for extra security for ur eyes and its perect i love it!

awesome job. quick question, where did you get the joint locking hardware. Also the magnet idea for connecting the dust collection was genius.

Sorry I can't help you. I put a transparent window in for video recording. I don't have information on other materials.
@@carpentak ok, thanks
Great work.
Where did you get the locking fittings and hinges from
It is a hinge for a folding door. If you search for it, you will find it.
Great job but the acrilyc don"t stop bad waves length and the machine still running when you open it. Safety is not at the maximum!
Excelente
Top Idee! 🙂👍
This would be kool if you have all those tools but who owns all this
Do you provide or sell any of the plans for your products? They are so unique, and I'd love to build a couple of them.

Aha It would be convenient, of course, but I've been using it without a camera. There are no purchase plans yet. Then do a great job.
Awesome Work ! Where did you get the Hinges (the bigger ones) for the box, or whats the special name for them ?
It is a hinge for a folding door.
thanks ! Another question : would you share the dxf/drawing of your lasergrid (for the extended laser) ?@@carpentak
@Evil_Clown_3DIY It's not shared. There are no files left.
I just purchased a LM3 and looking to build an enclosure. This looks ideal for my small shop. How do you ventilate the box? Is there a powered blower in the duct? Does it exhaust outside? - Thanks
You are right there is a powered blower inside the exhaust pipe and the air goes out to the outdoors.
@@carpentak thank you
@@carpentak What thickness plywood did you use for the box?
@youmbgtube 12mm
도랏….
Do you sell those awesome enclosures?
I don't do sales.

No lo sé, por favor contacta con la web de ortur
Amazing! Now if I only I could get the Y-Axis to work on mine I'd be extremely happy!
Fantastico, ho lo stesso laser LM3, ma dove trovo le cerniere?
That hinge is for a folding door. You can find it if you search on Amazon.
I need a Honeycomb for the Laser Master 3 with Extension Kit. What dimensions should the honeycomb have?
I know that honeycomb is not big. Just buy two and install them.
I am looking for a link to those Connection Pins (10:33 min.)! Sorry for my English!
It was bought here in Korea so I can't give you a link.
@@carpentak thank You from Germany Kuno
I Wantto buy one enclusere lime that you did for sculpfun s 10 , can you make me one and to sent it to switzerland ?
I can't..sorry
Could tyou share/sell the plans so i could make one for my laser please
I can't make plans. so i can't do that. Sorry
